I had an appointment for my son's passport! It is the 3rd appointment I have made and they always call the morning of the same day to cancel. I'm really frustrated! Typical government employees who don't care about anything! Even the second time they canceled me, I called to find out the reason and they said the employee wouldn't come, so why are they making those dates and times available? They told me to change the day of the week and I did so but again they canceled the appointment. I don't know where to go with the complaint so they can take action. This is some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.
Had a passport appointment at 9:30. Got there at 8:45 after a 30min drive my 3 year old had to go to the bathroom and the worker said no public restroom. Despite my toddler holding his privates dancing around - he told us to go drive down the street somewhere else!!! Seriously?? I should have let him pee all over the floor. We weren’t some homeless people off the street, we were customers with an appointment and my son was just a little kid. He was incredibly rude. How do you have a business with “no bathroom”? Especially in a place where you do a considerable amount of waiting. Unacceptable.
Izzy, he is so rude. He doesn’t like people like me Hispanic was very rude and spoke with me and my daughter like a child, we are not a children. He needs to take a break and think about it for a while. That’s why I don’t like this place. Izzy you needs to be better.
I believe my passport was stolen by a postal employee. I submitted a passport renewal and included my current passport in the envelope. I sent it from this location. Then I received a letter saying my passport was not included with the renewal application. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same situation.
Had a passport appointment! Left my work early, took my kids out of school early and when I got there for my scheduled appointment..15 minutes before the scheduled time they were closed! No call, message, or email to let us know that the guy in charge of passports was “sick” per the other employee! I was really upset it seems this place needs to be closed! If you can’t be responsible then you shouldn’t be given the work! I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star..I’m forced to do so just to be able to post this! I’m really frustrated! Typical government employees not caring about anything but their greedy selfs! Disgusting attitude, disgusting place!
How many facilities and days does it take to deliver a stupid action figure from eBay? Honestly, this is the worst delivering service I have ever used in my life. It takes an entire WEEK to only process a stupid package 0 out 5
Wish I could leave them ZERO stars...the wait times at this location are horrendous...the staff act like they don't care to help...asked this rude, little employee with his fruity self for some tape to place my label on a box and he had the nerve to say no and proceeded to try and sell me some tape!?! You think I' waiting in a 45 minute line to then pay when all I need is to tape a label so it can be returned??? Keeping in mind that I've been to this same location before and have been offered tape by other employees...his little short man entitlement is the reason no one likes this location...went after to the nearest drop off location and not only was the wait time faster but the tape was free! Will always try and avoid this location unless absolutely necessary...smh
All the nem at this location are beyond incompetent and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. After reading all these reviews I have no idea why they haven’t been fired yet. Went here 3 times for a passport appointment and each time this guy named “Tom” was “out sick.” Not even a phone call or email to let us know!! How do they still have a job if they’re not working???
AVOID AT ALL COST! The counter staff is very friendly and helpful but when it comes to placing the mail in the PO Boxes.... wow hold on for a ride! Lets just say.. GOOD LUCK getting your mail on time and ensuring it is all there! Very poor record keeping and processing.
I let the postal worker know that the drop off box is jammed and boxes are stuck so it won't open/close correctly. The brain surgent told me that its because it was full. Im well aware of that. I was trying to get help to have someone empty it so it doesn't ruin the jammed boxes. They don't care. Great customer service.
