Piedmont Urgent Care has one of the best professional staff members. They work as a team and really make you feel so much better, considering you are there to seek medical care. The staff made me forget about how bad I was feeling. I’m honored to have been able to see the doctor and be cured from my illness. Thanks for making me feel better again.
I got right in no wait hardly at all. The doct8r, nurse receptionist lab tech was all amazing. They were thorough, friendly, and very compassionate. I would highly recommend this facility
I love all the nurses here. They are always so kind and fast to get you back. Sara did a phenomenal job with my IV. Josh and Bailey were so kind! Shelley gave clear discharge instructions and had my medicine to me in seconds. All the staff here is hands down the absolute best! I can not say enough good things about them!
I brought my husband to the ER Alternative on Saturday in extreme pain due to a kidney stone. I called before I came and they informed me that they had someone who could assist us with kidney stones. We got there and waited 30 minutes in the weight room as my husband went from the bathroom, to outside to throw up, to sitting in the chair. When we got back to the first station, she took his blood pressure, and temperature. Then we went to the room and the doctor said " based on the pain you are describing, it is definitely fits the symptoms you are describing and unfortunately the only thing I can do is give you an injection that is about equal to ibuprofen strength.
The facility is clean and well run. The staff is professional and kind. My only complaint was the time I had to wait for a Dr to see me after the nurse did intake and took vitals etc….. it was an additional 35 minutes.
Kalli Todd NP. Was amazing! Highly recommended. She listened and explored every possible avenue to make sure I had the best care in my time of need. Clinical staff was professional and took good care of me once called to the back.
Wonderful place! I was able to make an appointment, do all of my paperwork, and even check in online. Once I got there everyone was very friendly. I was in and out in no time. Not to mention they’re able to fulfill certain medications on site. I was able to get exactly what I needed at a very low price and saved myself a trip to the pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
This is the second time I have been to this office. Everyone was great from the receptionist to the nurses and the NP that I saw. Things moved so smoothly that I was in and out in around 20 minutes. As in from walking in the door and walking out. No sitting forever waiting to get into a room and the NP came in very quickly. I had another great experience. Too bad they can’t be my PCP!! Thanks a lot to everyone at Piedmont Urgent Care in Lagrange!!
Great first time experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. They recommended a great specialist and took care of the urgent need I saw them about and recommended the best after visit and follow up recommendations. I was even able to call them days after visit.
Best customer/patient care I've received in LaGrange in the past 5 years. Kind, friendly, caring, attentive, quick exemplary service. From the front desk to the RN to the Dr. I will definitely go to them anytime I need immediate care. VL Silvers
