The staff at Sun City Center Funeral home is amazing. The funeral director that handled my needs for my dearly departed Horace was Aspen. She is professional, caring, flexible, and understood my needs expertly. This is my second time having to use their services, and this time was even better than the first time almost four years ago. When dealing with the passing of a loved one it’s nice to have caring, empathetic people helping you with the paperwork and everything else involved.
My dad was well taken care of from the time he came to Hospice until he peacefully passed away. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the staff at the sun city center. Their service after his passing was excellent as well.
Excellent group of people to work with. They covered the process we have never been through in our time of need thoroughly. They also followed up with us along the way to make everything went well at Florida National.
This funeral home was extremely helpful when my father passed. Because my father wanted to be buried out of state, I didn't know how to do that. Sun City Center Funeral Home knew exactly what to do and accomplished it without any problems. I would highly recommend them.
Sun City Center Funeral Home are indeed professionals ate what they do. Louis and Lincoln took excellent care of my brother in his passing and my sister in law and all of us in our grieving. They were compassionate, understanding, accommodating, and flexible throughout the week. Those little gestures, adjustments, and communications made an extremely difficult week a little less so when every little bit helps. Thank you to both of them up front and the entire SCCFH staff that I'm sure is behind the scene's as well. Frankie and the entire Keltos family.
The staff and facilities were top notch. Louis and his staff provided everything we needed for two deaths in our family in the last 8 months. Very professional and compassionate.
On behalf of my Family and my late Mother, we express thanks to the Sun City Center Funeral Home for providing compassion and excellent support during this trying and unexpected time. They met and exceeded expectation in all areas; guided by Lincoln, the preparation paperwork, cremation, room layout, more and details were professional and accurate; all items during the Memorial Service were ‘spot on’ and our Family and Guests were pleased with the venue and layout. Again, thank you to Lincoln and the Team at Sun City Center Funeral Home.
Sun City Center Funeral Home recently conducted our father's funeral. They did many things that we thought we would have to do separately and made a very difficult time a lot easier for us. They offered many other things that we were able to handle on our own, but would be a blessing to someone with a smaller family. They were never pushy, and listened to all of our concerns, and answered all of our questions. We are very grateful for their services.
The communication, caring, and professionalism was above and beyond any of my expectations, we as a family are extremely happy to have worked together with you during this process.
The funeral home staff were very compassionate from the time I walked in until after the funeral. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done.
