I have been here many times..for vanquish. Botox. Madonna lift around maybe 4 times.  Juvederm and and recently again Madonna lift aka Co2 Lazer never have had an issue, this time around I hoped it was a little bit more intense had not been here since 2021, I was just to busy. The ladies that did the work this time were good and gentle although I miss Dr performing my Co2 because it was a bit more aggressive, but ladies not all of us can take more intense. It was a great experience, I feel great. My sister comes from California to have what is needed done. Thank you all for your work

Was not happy with my experience. They used my account credit and chart for someone else…..documenting their treatment in my chart and scheduling their appointments under my name. When I confronted the front desk lady, she said she would fix it. She did not and I experienced this a second time. I had to escalate this to the manager who then took care of it. Definitely was a violation of my information and the other persons.

I highly recommend Sun City Laser or Epiphany Dermatology.  I recently had a cyst removed by Cynthia Campos, NP who did an excellent job.  She is very friendly & treats you kindly.  She explains what the procedure entails, etc. The staff is friendly and efficient.  If you are looking for a good dermatology, go see Sun City Laser, you will not be disappointed!

Their laser machine has regularly been down, and their techs don’t seem to all know how to use the equipment. I did one treatment without cooling altogether. I spent over $1000 and have seen zero reduction in hair growth. Do not recommend this place.

I didn’t like the service, it looks like they hired girls with no credentials and it was always super awkward, I went like 10 times because I purchased a lasser package, plus I did a treatment for my face and they never told me that I wouldn’t be able to drive! My eyes closed at the middle of my way home! It was awful, I called to ask why and they just told me “oh yes that’s normal it happens” but omg! Why they not told me?! O could be in a horrible accident just because “they forgot to mention that” … very very unprofessional

Staff is unprofessional. No licenses/credentials for any of the staff are visible. Unorganized/rude Improper handling of Botox-aestheticians handle the Botox not the rn or fnp. Sketchy all around.  Complete and total red flag.  Do not recommend.

Had two sessions done. While not terrible service I did feel like the level of attention was lacking. Almost seemed like a fast food restaurant format. In and out quickly but no post communication. Basically felt like nobody followed upon how my recovery went. In the end I was satisfied with the results of the treatment but I understand that that could occur.

Very unprofessionals! If you guys came here for Pico Lasers beware! I'm trying to be quiet and since i just get done with my 3 treatment laser although there is any improvements but very few!  I told them to hit the spots where it's really dark but they only hit it just to get it red but after you come home the redness is gone and back to  your normal skin! I got it 2 sessions. The 3rd one was a credit to my H2o laser because the girl named Anahi was telling me yes we do fraxel laser but it wasn't! It was H2O treatment and it was so painful so i told them i won't continue doing it for my $200 they gave me 1 credit for the Pico laser. But still! The same nothing changed and it's even getting darker!  Beware too they're gonna offer you a cream that supposed to help and yes  paid for 200$ and  sure used it but still nothing changed!  Follow all the rules for putting sunscreens and everything. Not going to the sun of course! We're not dumb to follow the instructions! What's the point of  paying $800 to make our faces spotless!!! This is an honest review and hope they won't delete this!
