Horrible service. July 5th towed day. They overcharged for towing fee. People at the office were very unhelpful and lost my car key. They kept saying I took my key while leaving after paying. I made sure to gave it back to the guy while walking out. The 2nd time I came back to pay for the storage fee and towing fee, I did see my key again Friday, 15th 2022. The car finally got towed on Tuesday the 19th, instead of Monday like agreement, I paid and never got a phone call back they were gonna delay over the next day. I still don’t have my car key or any news on it. Called back to the office and hours later they picked up, confirming they don’t have my car key after I tried to explain I don’t have it.Service: Car towing
This place was amazing and super helpful. My truck was towed to the tow company next door to them Kwik towing and the girl there was so rude from the get go not only to me but to all that were there. I was told on the phone my truck would get jumped since my battery was dead. I get there and the girl there says they don’t do that on weekends. I used Sun City Towing a couple of days ago for a vehicle tow and found their service to be exceptional! Justin arrived @ my residence within minutes just as dispatch stated, he was extremely knowledgeable and had my van loaded and ready to go in no time. I found Justin to be such a genuine, professional guy that I even asked if he minded me riding along with him to the car station and he fully obliged. That is literally out of character for me to do with a stranger but I had no qualms in doing so. Overall, the whole experience was was rather pleasant and I'll definitely use Sun City Towing for any of my towing needs. And you should too! Thank you Justin, I really appreciated your help! Never had to go through so much! Processing over a vehicle that's totaled!!! Do not recommend for anyone. Not to mean wayyyyy!!!!!!!! Over priced. 1100 charged over 350 some he Else!!!!
