I've used them 8 times in the last year. Half the time it's medium-good. The other half they miss a couple obvious things still on my car stuff that could never survive a sprayer or sponge wash, making me think they don't fully wash the exterior, they just spot clean it. One time they didn't wipe down any of the plastic exterior trim which was very dirty. They just try to cut a lot of corners. You have to heavily inspect your car before you leave. I don't plan on ever going back.
SERVICE: Everyone works hard here, even the owner. One of the best car wash in Los Angeles. The owner makes sure your car leaves spotless. The detail service is perfect. I have tried a detail place in Hollywood on Santa Monica Blvd, which was a big mistake. At Sun, the guys here mean business when it comes to detailing. The waiting time is 30 to 45 minutes. It gets very busy due to many loyal customers.
I've brought my car here several times and I am usually pleased with the price and service. Most recently I brought it in and specified that I didn't need the whole car cleaned, just a deep cleaning in the front where an entire soda was spilled. I was charged the full price of a normal interior/exterior detail, which would have been fine if the front had been thoroughly cleaned. When I picked up the car, I pointed out a few spots that were obviously still wet and/or sticky, which were quickly wiped. After leaving, I noticed the mats and carpets had not been thoroughly cleaned despite my specific request and communication about the soda mess.
I had driven by the place for years until my wife mentioned that her car wash experience was amazing. Her car was your typical Mom SUV with all sorts of things left in it by our kids. It looked almost new when she came back. I decided to take my 2008 Saturn Aura in for a good wash and, by God, the interior is almost like new. It does get busy on weekends, but they do a good job. The place was packed, but it only took me 45 minutes from start to finish. Many different price levels, but all are reasonable for the work those washers do. I will definitely be back.

The prices for everything in the car wash market are very affordable and the homemade coconut cookies look great! How to: Enter the car wash from Western and place your car wash order. Choose from a basic car wash or wash and wax. Add additional services like automotive shampoo or detailing. After you order you'll be given a piece of paper with your order on it. Take this to the car wash market and pay. Here you can buy a cold drink, a snack, automotive accessories and useful items. I was very impressed with the guys hand washing the cars while I waited and I noticed a few hand sanitizer check ins. Very cool! I highly recommend this car wash. Especially if you are taking care of your mom's car and you want to keep her safe too! Many thanks for taking extra great care of me and my ride!
I personally love getting my car wash here. They do a pretty good job. They are not quick so be prepare to wait. Bring patience, snack and headphones to watch a movie on your phone haha
ASK FOR THE FREQUENT WASH CARD. I’ve been coming here for many years and just saw a couple “locals” use them. I had to ask the owner at the cash register as she tried to hide the customer’s card in front of me. Really?!?! Not offered to the public. Cheap shot. Hence the 2 stars. Car washes are good.
Really? I paid with tax almost $40. After I gave $3 tips I saw that my seats were not prowioed downed and the sides were vacuumed well. So I decided to open the trunk. What? They had my top self dangling from the hook and the bottom panel was not properly shut. Also most of the dust particles were still covering the inside of the trunk. I asked for the manager. Accosting him what I paid, does not include removing lightly marked interiors nor wiping down of dash boards etc. I couldn’t believe it. After complaining, they did vac my trunk again but I feel they do not provide value service for what you pay. Don’t go here.Services: Vacuuming
Amazing price $43 for meticulous hand washing and interior—My car looked better than when it left the dealership. Best price in east LA for the quality. I have a compact SUV- super fair price. Takes a while because they are so thorough! Got all my dog hair out, after a 24 hr, two day road trip. Excellent!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a bad experience visiting this car wash today. I'll start right away with the result, after I got it, I was extremely disappointed. the windshield was very poorly washed, and the carpets and seats were not well cleaned. dust remained in the cabin, the workers did their job very poorly. I think this place has a very high price for such work.
