I have been a student of Yoga since 1970 when I took my first Meditation class. In 1972 I became a student of Sri. Swami Satchidananda; he came to the United States from India in the early 1960’s. My Yoga name is Tulya.
Integral Yoga is an excellent way to strengthen and tone
the body, discipline the mind, and release stress. I believe that the deep -relaxation is probably everyone’s favorite part of my class.
