I had some visitors and some wreckless careless driver almost ran over my friends son while he was tryin to talk to his mother the son was trying to catch up with his mom to give he pizza so she won't be hungry while she went to the hospital. This happened on the night of December 4 10:45 pm. According to the young guy he stated the vehicle just ran over a speed bump an ran toward him he had to rapidly move out of the way ??? He was really upset and the mother was too ? I mean how could you justbe disrespectful like this. I mean that ain't right .how could they be eating here and have that kind of ridiculous behavior as handling their driving . Do they know how to use their brakes where did they get their driving skills from . I mean if their tenants here they need to be respectful . Have this place patrolled please . Also they tend to be loud too . Some us tenants need peace we don't want to hear other tenants drama witness what I saw and I even saw more serious problem than what I witnessed I hope that I would be able to explain more and I hope something gets done about this incident.
What’s with the alarm going off so often? It’s extremely loud and sometimes goes on for about an hour. There’s no fire, no emergency; when something actually happens, folks may not even be aware because they’ll think it’s yet another false alarm. I’ve lived next door for a year and this alarm has gone off almost weekly. I can’t even imagine how the actual tenants must feel. Especially their babies, elders, pets? It’s always in the evening too. Y’all need to figure it out & let these folks rest.
3 months ago, my family and I moved into these apartments despite the reviews. Immediately, I learned these reviews are inaccurate. Management and maintenance are great! The new manager is really turning the property around. All work orders are completed correctly within three days. My apartment is NOT infested with roaches and I definitely do NOT have bed bugs!
AC has not been working for 3 days ongoing. Fire alarm constantly goes off. First floors are in terrible condition from what I hear. Suspicious neighbors, drug use and not as kid-friendly as a place behind a daycare homing families should be.
I moved here a year ago due to the reviews I decided to give it a try what’s the worse that can happen? It’s honestly not bad at all. New management and the new staff in the office are amazing!!! They always take care of my problems. Security is here all night. I’ve never had a problems with roaches or bedbugs problems. Maintenance team is awesome they always get my work orders done. The staff in the office are really nice, respectful and friendly. Crime here is not bad. The community is always nice and clean. Thank you Sun Pointe for the amazing experience
Been filling multiple applications and checking availability/locations all weekend. There website contains no active, updated info. Waste of time, same as all the callushome.net . Sets the tone to they don't like making money or have good management. Show me what's available and I'll pay any app fees they got. Can't show me available places?,, how do you expect me to pay for something like that.
I been here for 3 months and the management is professional. These ladies take care of business and help with every need I have. What apartment is perfect? None! It's very friendly and i met some good neighbors. I am satisfied living here for now. Oh, the maintenance be on their job as well. Thank you
The worst I have ever lived in. Bug infested, shower does not work, oven does not work, holes in carpets, refrigerator is broke. They won’t fix anything. They tried to give me a smaller dirty refrigerator. I refused it afraid of what more bugs it may have had and that was it. My Christmas Wish is to get out of this contract and get a place my kids deserve.
Just moved here the end of March 2020. So far everything is good. Maintenance came and fixed my sink that was leaking in the kitchen, managment is ok... they answer your questions and try to help eventhough they have changed staffing since I moved in. No bug problems of course I spray my apt before moving in anyway. But we moved here to have the family feel with the playground and such and so far so good. We love our 3 bed apt. Couldnt be happier, actually.
Ever since I moved here management always take care of my problems. Never ever have I had a roach problem or bedbugs problems. New staff in the office are amazing and really professional. The property is always clean. This property is really quite. Security is here after office hours and all night as well which is really good! Im happy living here
