One of the most heinous outdated and disgusting facilities I have ever worked in. I was told I could operate a mechanical lift at 17 which is illegal in Wisconsin under the age of 18. The facility is plethora of entitled Caucasian females who treats those under Them as less than. If you are a worker of color seeking this job, I would 100000/10 NEVER recommend!!
After over two weeks in the hospital, Sun Prairie's PT and OT and nurses nursed my 86 year old dad back to health. He said he felt safe there and he enjoyed participating in their organized activities. I would recommend as a rehab facility: It looks bare bones, but good staff.
The staff at CSPH have been very responsive to our family. Our mother has received the OT/PT needed to move from 24/7 skilled nursing to be in assisted living . Mom so enjoys the caregivers at SPHC and the comfy apartments.
Very Unprofessional. Almost every person , any position were very rude. Dietary staff never showed up. Very negative environment, poor management. Only positive about this place were the residents. Don’t recommend this nursing home to families.
