I've used this company 4 years. Had a few issues here and there, but nothing like the customer service I had tonight. 9/9. I usually tan then spray. But being close to closing time , I figured I'd spray so I could be quick and obviously no one's wants to be the customer that walks in last minute. So I proceeded to spray. The machine dies halfway through. So my legs were not sprayed. I then asked to tan hoping to even it out as best as it could and because it was 7:03 she said No. So the fact I was through the doors and already sprayed tanning. I should have been able to finish. It's bad enough to be upset but then to be treated like that and as much business as I give I actually was upset enough to write this. Customer service is huge. And the blonde manager who offeres nothing but to continue telling me how much cleaning was left.! I just wanted to use the $800.00 I pay a year and fix the spray their machine messed up.Service: Spray tanning
One of the worst visits I have ever had. I have been going to stc in Waterville for years, always enjoyed my visits, I have spent a ton of money. Took time away due to covid, my last three visits have been terrible, I have whiteness the young girls talk negative about other customers with their manager. their body language is terrible, it’s like they don’t even want you there. when I tried to express my concerns to the manager,in a calm manner she refused to really LISTEN to my concerns. Every time I tried to speak she would interrupt me.I was only trying to help them understand so they could avoid a future customer escalation. Empathy, and effective listening goes a long way. The girls are young, but now is the time for them to learn proper customer service. May be in 25 years they all will get what I was trying to inform. I have always loved my time at stc, but I am overall extremely disappointed:Service: Sunbed tanning
This SunTan City is absolutely AMAZING! I've been to just about every STC in Maine and some in NH, but I can honestly say this one is the BEST! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are immaculate and the equipment is top notch!! An overall excellent tanning experience in Waterville!! Thanks ladies!!Service: Sunbed tanning

I adore the crew, great girls- But I want to really tip my hat to Megan! Shes very personable, great attitude and builds relationships with her customers. The crew alone makes the experience 10 outta 10!
I was skeptical to buy a package because of all the negative feedback regarding young and snobby employees. This is SO not the case I adore all the girls... we laugh and joke every single time I'm there. Friendliness goes a long long way and all the girls are amazing!
I’ve been going here for almost two years . There is typically a good selection of products . I’ll be honest I don’t usually buy lotion until it is on sale . I know when I look on line I could often buy it for less but I try to support local people . 98% of the time the beds have been clean . As for the staff I’ve read other reviews and agree . Some staff has been very nice and helpful others not so much, especially when their friends are there . On occasion I have found the staff cold and unfriendly . I will say the staff does seem to change frequently. I seldom have had to wait very long for a bed .
