I am reviewing the VITA service at this location. Online reservation was user friendly. The email confirmation contains all the important information especially what to bring with me which made the tax preparation process went very smoothly. Love the location at the Sun Valley Public Library, easy parking and visible direction where to find VITA. Jill at the front desk is very friendly. Once she knows it is my first time coming to VITA, she gives detail explanation the process is going to be and all the forms I need to fill out. She even comes by the table and make sure everything is ok. Sona P. is my tax preparer. She is very efficient and professional! Melissa is the supervisor who does the final step my tax return. She is very organized. Super happy that I found VITA! They filed my tax return in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for the excellent service. All your staffs are amazing! I will see you next year.
Man, the security guard hovering over you is uncomfortable and relentless. I get the troubles the public library has, and why this is necessary, but the rest of us didn't do anything? So, how about you treat the rest of us like adults? I don't need some uniform to be standing over me every 5 seconds? It's common sense that adults, treat other adults, the way they would like to be treated. And I DON'T LIKE a person to be standing over me! Who the hell does?!
Nice helpful staff. It would be nice as well if they could replace all the scratched dvds. Other than that it's pretty decent considering the area.
Please have more respect for our Country... Flags are to be in GREAT shape
I visited the Sun Valley library 2 days ago and my experience was a positive one. I tried looking for a specific book and could not find it. The front desk librarians were more than willing to assist me with a smile. They called other libraries to have my book sent to my library. Two days later I picked up my book at the Sun Valley library. This is what a library experience should be like.
Lewis Spence Encyclopedia of the Occult Never return it back in 2015 a real spirit book has help me discover alot of paranormal hot spot in Los Angeles follow me here as I post tag my discoveries. This book was here for 30years
I'm new to this library I used to always be at the Santa Clarita location till I moved and found this hidden gem. It isn't as big as my former library but it's really close to my new home and it's usually never packed. It's a really quiet place. And Now that I'm enrolling back to school I'll be using this as my main study place. I prefer to come here, over the Burbank branches honestly. The book selection isn't really perfect and it's small, but if you can't find the book you are searching for at the library they will ship the book to the location from the other LAPL. They got homeless persons but so do most locations. My only complaint and maybe it cant be controlled is feces on the bathroom sinks walls that doesn't fly! Not cool.
Good Library for the most part. But I'm not sure why a children's play area-equipped with blocks, toys, etc.-is placed inside a library. It makes the library sometimes seem more like a McDonald's PlayPlace.
Great place. Problem is there is when children R around there is so much noise! Otherwise nice staff. Relatively big.
Helpful staff, had trouble finding a few books and when I asked for help the guy found them right away. I didn’t get his name but thank you! Saved me a bunch of time.
