Thank You Kevin Wright for excellent Customer Service. I realize what a thankless job being a Manager of a park is no matter what decision you make people will find fault with it.
I have lived here for over forty years. This park has gradually gone down hill. No upgrades to anything. Water pipes are shot. I will not drink the water. The park was nice once upon a time. Time for closure. Sad to say. I miss once upon a time.
This park is the most poorly managed park I have ever seen. The owners do not care about this park at all. I would actually like to sit down with the owners. I have lived in this park for over 35 years so i think I have a little idea on how it should be managed. The rent is now 500 a month and nothing has changed
500 a month and nothing has been done to improve anything, new owners are just as bad as the last one, run away if you are considering this park!
It does look a bit run down and the management reminds me of the movie Psycho but its got that nostalgic feel even though its the hangnail on a beautiful toe.
Maintenance of the park is lacking. I have lived here for over 40 years. I have seen it all. Much needs to be done. PLEASE!!!!
I have the perfect lot! The neighbors are friendly and we keep watch out for each other.
