Some of the rudest people I have met in the car business. I had a $250 repair on my car and they made me pay UPFRONT for the repair, and they don’t take payment on the phone. They called me and I had to leave work and drive to the dealership and pay them $250 to order a small part to fix my car. That doesn’t even make sense. After paying $115 for an oil change and 120 point inspection, the car has all kinds of warning lights when I picked it up. Terrible service and and terrible work.
The team at Miracle Nissan of Augusta was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. When purchasing my Nissan Rogue, Jose and Tina patiently explained every detail of the warranty coverages included, and additionally, every detail of every extended warranty package available as well. They not only provided excellent customer service, but also surpassed my expectations by answering all of my questions while working diligently to secure financing. In the future, I will be sure to recommend Miracle’s Team at every opportunity presented. They made the overall experience fantastic! Five Service!!!
I had the best experience ever in a dealership! They listened to my needs and my budget needs! They were informative, polite, and worked to help me get close to my budget. I was greeted again the next night by name and was treated like family! Thanks , Steve, Antonio, and the rest of the gang who made buying easy and quick!
I wasn’t given my spare key from my dealership and after going through such a long ordeal with them, I was advised to come back to their location over 2 hours from where I live!! or find a local Nissan dealership that could assist. They were prompt with getting back to me given their busy schedules and made the experience as seamless as possible! Thanks Jason and all of the staff here for making my experience with Miracle Nissan a great one!!
I was traveling from NC during the Christmas holiday and on Christmas Eve my car would not start. I call Monday morning and scheduled an appointment at 9 am, but unfortunately, due to all the cold weather the tow company could not tow my car until 11:15am, so I missed my appointment. Matt called me and told me that he would not cancel my appointment and that he would be there when I arrive. I arrived around noon and Matt worked me in. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Upon further inspection, it was determined that the issue was with my battery and not the alternator. I replaced the battery and a few other items. If it wasn’t for Matt and his willingness to go the extra mile, I would have been stranded in Georgia until Thursday, which was the next appointment. I’m so appreciative for his commitment and dedication to excellence in service, which is rare to find these days. I will definitely be back and will request Matt personally!
I was nervous about going to the dealership when my 2011 Nissan began having issues. I didn't want to be pressured into buying a new car or be taken advantage of with expensive repairs. My fears have been put to rest as my experience at Miracle has been so overwhelmingly positive. Ryan in Service has gone above and beyond to take care of my car, keep me informed during the diagnosis/repair process, and ensure all needs are met. The prices are very fair and they stand by their work 100%. I will be returning in the future, and 10/10 would recommend.
The associate who handled my case was very polite and courteous. He explained the situation and why the time took longer than expected to fix my car. He also provided me with paperwork to give to my local dealership in regards to my car. I don’t live in Augusta, my grandma does. It was very convenient to have my car serviced while I was there.
Excellent customer service. I always look forward to seeing my # 1 service advisor Julian. I never have to worry about any miscommunication issues when he’s at work. As a woman I put my trust in Miracle Nissan as I do not have to worry about them taken advantage of me and selling me unnecessary products. So far according to my husband they have been on target with their recommendations.
My very first experience with your Service Department exceeded my expectations. This was, in large part, due to the outstanding care, consideration and professionalism of Ms Hanna Winfrey. She was genuinely friendly, attentive and efficient while handling my vehicle concerns. She, no doubt, is a credit to your establishment and the primary reason why I would consider doing any future business with your dealership.
I have used Miracle Nissan in the past and received good service. Something has dramatically changed. My Nissan Quest was towed to Miracle Nissan on a Friday night. Couldn't be looked at on Saturday because no one was able to do the diagnostic. They were also unable to do it on Monday. I placed a call to the service manger and left a message. I received the diagnostic with quote on Tuesday. They wanted $1900 to replace the alternator and $1900 to replace the value cover. There were a few other minor things...the total quote was $4300. As a result I made arrangements to tow my vehicle to Gate 2 tire and auto in Grovetown. They did the complete job for $1050. When I went to look for the Miracle Nissan quote it had been deleted. I left a message for the owner, Mike Murphy and another for the service manager....never received a call back. I am shocked at the behavior of this dealership. I am in the market for a new vehicle but it will never be from Miracle Nissan or any Nissan dealership....I feel as thought the quote was an attempt to scam me into purchasing a vehicle.....bad news
