Mr. Tub and Mr. Harold are amazing. They provided excellent customer service. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of them. The young lady that works in the front office does not have good customer service. She is rude on the phone. She should not be working in customer service with the attitude she has. I work in customer service and the person that you speak on the phone with is the 1st impression of the office. The other guys that work in the office is friendly and very helpful.
Rented a trailer from Sunbelt to move a Skid Steer about a 50 mile distance. Got me hooked up and down the road no problem, and very friendly staff. Very good experience. On the other hand, I had tried to reserve a trailer from United there in Fayetteville first. They refused to even rent it to me even though my truck 2018 Toyota Tundra 4-door is rated at 10,000 lbs towing. The load I needed to move was 8,500 lbs total 6k skid steer, 2.5k trailer. But United said they would only rent to me with a 3/4 ton truck. I wasn't crossing the rocky mountains here, just 50 miles of easy flat driving. So, Sunbelt, thanks for not being truck prejudiced. The Skid Steer move was super easy, my truck had no problem pulling it at all.
Don’t waste your time my brother rented an excavator from them it shows up the day of the job and is missing the thumb requested which we needed for the job. On the receipt we were billed for thumb and when we called they told us the checked it and it was on there ended up canceling the rental and going to herc rentals it was cheaper and I would recommend them instead of sunbelt.
They are polite and the machines work perfectly.
I contacted them last Thursday inquiring about a rental on a lawnmower. I spoke with Jeff in Customer Service. After answering my questions, we set up an account & a reservation for pickup Friday afternoon. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon, you have curbside service where you call them to let them know you are there. Then pull down into the line to wait for them to bring the rental item to your vehicle, give you instructions on how to operate the piece of equipment, and then they load it into your vehicle. Very impressed with each gentleman, informative, friendly & courteous personalities. The lawnmower worked marvelously for me, spoiled me. Returned the lawnmower this Monday morning at 8 a.m., pulled in, gave them a call to let them know I was there, pulled into the line, waited a short period of time for the gentlemen to unload the lawnmower. Highly recommend them for your rentals!! Thank-you.
The guys in the front office were very helpful once I explained my DIY. I needed to rent a 16' ladder...not knowing I also had to have a trailer or a ladder rack on my truck to transport it. The guys in the yard were all over it! They didn't waste anytime loading/uploading the ladder and hooking the trailer while I set inside the vehicle. The best drive Thru service in Fayetteville NC. Awesome customer service.
Great rental agency, they have plenty of equipment and the process is a quick in and out. All you really need is your driver's license and a credit card. Rentals are 24-hour periods and I believe you can't extend from there. You simply, pick the equipment you want, come to pick it up, they show you how to use it, and you bring it back clean with a full tank of gas.
No longer open on Saturdays for equipment rentals. Their official website states that they are open till 12 on Saturdays wasted an hour and a half of driving just to be turned away.
Great staff, reasonable pricing. Will save you a lot of time and effort and definitely cheaper in the long run to rent equipment when the use of said equipment is not part of your job and often if it is. “I’ll be back!”
Had conflict with customer did not use equipment... Sunbelt fully refunded the charge..Also safety with hauling machine rental was a top priority for them!!! Highly recommend!!!
