I was given below par equipment that broke down on the job. When I called in to report it being broken they acted like I was wrong to call in, when they said they put a work order in to get it fixed I asked how long before a service tech would arrive I was told it wasn't his dept and got off the phone with me. Upon returning the sub par equipment the same office personal continued his blame on me. Definitely one of the worst rental companies I've ever dealt with in my life.
I was given subpar equipment and the sales rep decided to block my number since I asked them to change the equipment for me. A terrible experience. Now I am being billed for useless equipment that I barely even used. deceptive business practices.
Had a rather larger tree trimming project that was years overdue and just wanted everything dropped so I could clean up. After my 4th dump trailer decided to rent a chipper last minute on Friday afternoon. Called and explained my need and Sunbelt delivered and said just come in and we’ll get you squared away. 6 hours with a chipper save me way more man hours and gas than hauling and dumping. Service was great and equipment ran flawlessly as expected at a reasonable rental rate.
Crooks. They have a long list of hidden charges. They quote you a price and bill you a different one. The final bill will shock you and good luck trying to dispute it and get a refund. I do not recommend them.
Extremely disappointed. I scheduled to have a man lift rented a week ahead of time. Upon the time that the man lift should have arrived, it did not. I ended up calling in to verify when it would arrive. The individual stated that the truck they were bringing it on was having issues and it would not arrive for another 2 hours. While I can understand that vehicles can have problems, I do not understand why a phone call would not be made to the individual notifying them of the issue. I had paid to have contractors be on the site and would have notified them to come later if I had known of these issues. I'm not sure Sunbelt would have ever called me if I hadn't called in myself to find out what was going on - that is completely unacceptable.......
Good selection of equipment. First sales guy I talked to didn't seem to enthused to do anything. Second salesman was really good and helpful
Stay away from this place. Charged you extra for gas. My handyman and me filled up the tank to max spill out. Had picture and everything to prove it, but the guy named David said that those meter on their bob cat never worked right. You could go to Grand rental for half price next time
Really great service and the equipment was on-point. Paid a bit more than the local rental place but they had what I needed when I needed it super important and the equipment worked flawlessly.
When my finished basement wall collapsed on May 19th 2018,and filled with water,I rented pumps,fans and dehumidifiers from Sunbelt.They were very prompt and professional.Most of all they listened to all the problems i was going through and asked how things were going everytime i came in and called me by name.To me that means my business is appreciated.I would recommend Sunbelt to any one needing to rent equipment.Their customer service is excellent.
Need to rent equipment this is the good place to go too. Although they didn't have a welder that was small enough to what I was looking for the staff was extremely nice enough to try and point me in the right direction.
