I am officially a long term customer! They completely saved me when I was in a bind. I needed to rent a water trailer ASAP and get it delivered to my project site. They were able to create the reservation for me, send it to a sister-store location that was just 15 minutes from my office where I could put down my deposit via credit card, and then they delivered it to my site in Azusa the same day right when and where they said they would! I called the day before the rental expired it was supposed to be just a week asking to extend the rental for one more week, they were so nice on the phone and said no problem! They emailed me a confirmation and I was good to go. Some of the best customer service; I spoke to Anna who was really nice, organized, and very helpful. I am so impressed!

I would never rent from these scam operators ever again. 1st time I ordered, they delivered the wrong fork lift , not per spec's I required. 2nd time, they told me nothing was available, then magically the equipment showed up. They never confirmed prior delivery time, by phone or email or any kind of follow-up. I contacted the office three time to try to negotiate something but all my calls were ignored and basically the shoved it down my throat.
Made a phone call at the end of the day july 3rd for a 20kw generator I needed a 36kw but it wasn't in the budget. Not only did my man Paul Reyes come thru with a beautiful 65kw 3 phase generator but gave me a unbelievable deal on the price!!! Not to mention it was delivered on time and by a pro who backed it into a very narrow driveway and past a avocado tree!!! This kind of service is hard to find in this industry. Paul and his team went above and beyond to make my Teslacoil show on the 4th of july possible- and especially right now- It meant the world to me and my family. I'll be a customer for life- great work guys!!!
