Sunbelt I’m not bragging on as much is this particular
They would not let us use the truck and trailer we brought. We had to rent one of their trailers and find someone with a 3/4 ton. Said my 1/2 wasn't sufficient for a small mini excavator.
I really like the weekend rental policy, picked up a towable hydraulic post hole auger Saturday morning and returned it Monday morning for a one day rental rate. Make sure you look at all the charges on your contract, their default is to charge you for rental equipment protection. I typically decline this coverage but wasn't asked, it was just added on. I should have looked before signing the contract, $22 mistake.
Called and confirmed they had a walk behind carpet cleaner for a large job we were working this weekend. Showed up to discover that they never had it on site and it was too late to make it to the indy store. Used sunbelt across the Midwest for some time. Won't use this one again. EDIT: gave sunbelt a second chance after they called. They shipped the unit to the Kokomo sunbelt for no extra charge. Machine worked great. Just wish I didn't have to go through this the first one.

Rates were reasonable and service was great. I had no idea what I was doing and they still helped out a ton, would recommend these guys.
Left equipment there for maintenance and it wasn’t touched for 3 weeks so now they have lost our business. They told us their rentals come first. Wish we would have been told they couldn’t get to it in the first place!! Instead we have to call to check on.. So Runyon it is for all my future business and rentals. Horrible customer service by sunbelt!
If you want to pay twice as much as Runyon, then I guess rent from here. Their costs for both a skid steer with trailer and for a ditch witch with trailer were DOUBLE that of Runyon. Won’t be back.
