What is the Suncoast PTSA? PTSA is an acronym for PARENTS -TEACHERS -STUDENTS -ASSOCIATION. Suncoast's PTSA was founded in the fall of 1993 and is governed by approved bylaws. The Suncoast Community Hight School PTSA was formed to achieve the following goals:

* To provide a forum for information & communication

* To provide a “family connection” for the school community and pportunities for parental and student involvement.

* To expand volunteer opportunities, in particular for students and parents in enriching the educational environment of all our stakeholders.

*To support the Suncoast academic and extracurricular community through service and funds raised for this purpose
