Our 60 and 75 minute power yoga classes combine physical exercise with breath to reduce stress, control weight, and enhance focus. They include a variety of postures and routines that will ensure success to students of all levels. The studio is heated to encourage flexibility and strength, so bring a towel, and be prepared to sweat!
