We did a TON of research on different spas and dealers over several weeks. We finally went in to Pacific Spas and had an amazing experience! From helping select the perfect spa through to delivery, install, and setup, we couldn't be happier! We never felt oversold or nickel and dimed. Everything was professional and top notch. Delivery and install all happened right on schedule. We love our new spa
Great experience with no pressure. We ended up going with the Sundance Chelsee and they gave us a great deal and the installation turned out beautifully. Everything is transparent and straightforward and everyone on the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would buy there again if we ever got a new one down the line!
My wife and I met Reuben today and he went out of his way to help us find the exact pump we needed. We also seen their large selections of spas and saunas. We will definitely be returning.
Robin and Dave and the rest of the crew have all been very helpful. Being a first time Jacuzzi owner, I had a lot of questions. They answered them all so I could enjoy my Jacuzzi more.
No Longer providing spa cleaning service. New company is very responsive. Pacific best now for technical situations and new spas. They were also super responsive.
Greg and his team are hands down the best in LA from responsiveness, level of service and ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. We’re a 12+ year customer at this point - you won’t be disappointed!
Great customer service and super friendly. Love my hot tub. I get my supplies and chemicals from them with no issues, even get a discount. I don’t know about other peoples experience with them but mine was fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone at Pacific Spas and Sauna made our purchase and installation an easy process. We love our tub. From the day we walked in to the store to the day we were soaking in our backyard was painless and quick. Since our installation the followup has also been fantastic. Definitely a full service operation. If you need a Spa or Sauna, this is the place to buy it.
My husband ordered a spa pump From Pacific Spas & Sauna through Amazon in July 2016. For numerous reasons our spa repairman was unable to complete repairs until Nov. He did not use the pump that we purchased. Amazon wouldn't assist in returning the pump. We didn't expect a full refund only a credit. My husband called and talked to Greg at Pacific Spas & Sauna. Greg gave us a credit minus a restocking fee. Great customer service Greg and Pacific Spas and Sauna. Annette and Robert Higday
