I just experienced the most aggressive “customer service” of my entire life by some man working here. I had ordered sunglasses online and needed them reshaped. He REFUSED to touch them and told me to return them saying they came damaged and also they were, regardless, too small for my face and I shouldn’t even be wearing them. There was another female person working as well and even she was giving me that “I’m so sorry” side eye.
NO WARRANTY!!! I have a terrible shopping experience at this store. One month later, a bolt got lost from my glasses. When I came to get them back, I was terribly impressed by the service. I was not allowed to be replaced by the same. repair, refund or give me new glasses they refused. WARRANTY? Forget it!!! I was told that I had to buy glasses on the official website RAY BAN, which would cover it. And that's all they can do for me. I even doubt that I bought an original product.
Unique accommodated, me and my husband and provided us with the best customer service! She was very patient, observant, and helpful! We will definitely be back! Thank you Unique! :
HORRIBLE!!! If I could rate a 0 I would!!! The employee stated her name was “unique” which I highly doubt is her name and the manager “Kiara” both are rude and extremely unprofessional!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Unique made me and another customer feel uncomfortable and threatened. She originally claimed she was the manager and wasn’t going to do “shit” for me. When I spoke to the Macys representatives on the phone is when unique then contacted “another manager” Kiara whom had the same nasty attitude and unpleasant tone with no desire to assist a customer. Once the customer service representative heard my experience with these employees they were able to accommodate me due to unique’s unprofessionalism and hostile demeanor! You know it’s bad when the customer service representatives sent me to the store originally and then was able to make an exception for me over the phone. I will NEVER shop at this location again! I am appalled and disgusted that this store employs such employees!!!
Unique was at the front and was so rude I almost had an infart she’s very disrespectful and if could leave 0 stars I would don’t shop here
Horrible service. Black girl followed me like I was trying to steal. Never once asked me if I needed help. Cheap and corny selection as well.
Worst experience I've ever encountered horrible service will never go back I bought glasses and I want to throw them in the trash with how bad the service was here. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
It's a good spot but it doesn't have the selection of a standalone Sunglass Hut.
Would give zero stars if I could!
Wish they had a bigger selection of sun glasses
