I had a great experience here. I was able to sleep outside the locked gate the night before loading. 0800am appointment. I stopped right inside the gate to the left and checked in at the main office. Sign says dock 24 but reviews had me not wanting a run around. Lady at the main office was super nice. Checked my load number and sent me to check in at dock 24. Once at dock 24 I was given a dock immediately. Plenty of room to back in. Really an easy straight shot back. Best to put your axles to the back because the docks are high. Load was done and I had my paperwork in 1 hour 40 minutes. Super easy, very fast, friendly staff.

Always 2+ hours to load or unload. Today it’s me and just 2 other trucks and it’s been over 2 hours already just sitting. When gets crowned backing is a challenge. I will be quoting high before accepting a load delivering here !

Good people-fast check in and unload for trucker. NO ONP ON PROPERTY. Near by places TO onp.

Fast unloading only problem was sign that says check in at dock num 24 then they tell you where to go to then comes to find out you at wrong door so just stop at front office and see the sweet lady’s inside and they will tell you the correct delivery door

Good place, they welcomed me well and unloaded the trl quickly.

In and out even took be before appoitment time and overnited out side gate no issues twice now

Nice people. I showed up almost 24 hours early. They got me loaded and on my way pretty quick! Plenty of parking for overnight stay if needed.

The longest part is finding someone to let them know you are here for pick up. Quick loading. Plenty of room. Might can O/N park but not sure.

Reading the posted signs for where to check in wont help you. Then when you find the "right" bay, those people send you to the real-right door. But even then you still may need to pack up & go to yet another door. STAY AWAY, YOU'VE BEEN WORNED!
