EVERY TIME, not sometimes, but EVERY TIME I set up an appointment, it gets rescheduled. "Two weeks away." I've been trying to get braces at a different facility for obvious reasons but I can't because I need my teeth cleaned. Sunnybrook staff says I need a deep cleaning. In case you all do not know, a deep cleaning consists of cleaning your teeth in 4 sections. 4 different appoinments!!! It has been a month and a half and I have had 1 section completed! I also have insurance that will cancel if I do not get teeth cleanings every 6 month. Every month when my job takes out a few dollars for my insurance, I get upset because I have a feeling my insurance is going to get cancelled because Sunnybrook, formerly known as "Kool Smiles," do not know how to keep a promised appointment! The staff up front are VERY pleasant when scheduling these appointments, however I can't even smile when I get my appointment card because I know they are wasting my time and their very own. By the way, my appointment was cancelled this morning.
Today my daughter had her cleaning appointment today and I was greeted upon the patient coordinator Shon who is really friendly and greeted me with a smile. Then Ms.Bre cleaned my baby teeth with such care and patience while she was fussy Dr. Medina examined my baby with such ease while my baby was fussy, I would highly recommend Sunnybrook dentistry and braces in Pine Bluff they're the best!!!!
I went in to see my favorite braces team today! Brittany and Dr Paula were amazing and had me in and out! Would recommend them to all my friends! If your looking to get braces you should definitely give them a call!
2 visits within 2 weeks time.......didnt see the same dentist the 2nd visit and she sat BEHIND ME the entire appt while she informed me that she wanted to extract 5 teeth that day after the dentist at the 1st appt told me they would do fillings on one side in 1 appt then the other side at a subsequent appt before we even scheduled the extractions. She didnt even examine my teeth like the other dentist did before making this split-second decision. I TOLD THEM the teeth that were hurting were the ones needing to be filled not the ones that need to be pulled and she flat out refused to do the fillings. If they cant even agree on the care that's needed for my teeth I definitely wont be entrusting them with my dental treatment. I will NOT be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time either. Overall just very cold and unprofessional. The receptionists are lovely though.
I am just getting done with sunnybrook in pine bluff and they were great to my 17 and 14 year old. I have been coming here for 4 years now and I completely trust them with my family's needs. I would recommend all parents to come to sunnybrook for all dental needs because they are great!
I was terrified of seeing the dentist...but the doctor, and their awesome staff, especially Shay, left me feeling relieved and relaxed! I highly recommend them, whether your 5 or 50!!
This place is really nice and the staff is hella nice Keisha Bonds and company did a great job with pt care!!! I would recommend!!!!
Shay was excellent and very professional. They were quick as well.
They KEEP their appts! What concept in Arkansas!
