Horrible I appy with good credit I also have fraud alerts. I received an email saying that I was denied it had fraud alert $60 they want you to pay then they want you to pay another fee this place is a rip off they have two three different sites also when they tell you that this property is for rent it's not property that's for rent it's another place false advertising under two three different names don't move here just took me my husband money can't never talk to anyone at all I'm from Florida never seen anything like it I contact property office North Carolina no answer

Would have been nice if yhe would have let me know if they where gonna rent me a trailer instead they took my 35 dollars for a back groung check i don't have money to just give away its been one month and they still have answered me yet.

Beautiful. And very well maintained. Have to have a job for a long period to be able to rent here .. which is a awesome ideal. Plus my father D.Payne live here... and its just full of nice people .. of a aged.
