We are leaving after living here for 2 years to be closer to work. The goods: This is a very convenient location and surprisingly safe. Most people keep to themselves. Lina, the manager, is wonderful and super helpful. The maintenance crew does well to respond to service requests. The bads: Mold can be an issue during the wet months. They have you sign a document stating you are aware of it and that you at at fault for damage caused by negligence. The pool hasn't been cleaned and open since we moved in. Depending on your apartment location you might have loud noises through the night due to the football field. The gist: its a great location. management is very helpful. invest in a dehumidifier. The rent is decent. Have a friend with a pool.
Safe community with somewhat responsive,yet slow processing maintenance people. Downsides are that the pool has been closed due to COVID and no sight of it reopening anytime soon. The laundry room could use some improvement. But safety is of utmost importance. Cameras on premise and designated parking spots.
I went to view an appartment today, looks clean and safe place for a family. The manager Lina,is so humble, knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait to move in.
My family and I have been here the past 5 years and it’s hands down the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. The manager, Lina, is patient, helpful, and extremely understanding. The maintenance workers are fast and efficient and have good relationships with the people who live here. We’ve only had one problem since being here, and they came and fixed it the same day that I called in about it. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious with tile flooring, granite countertops, and even a walk in closet. The pool is a great place to hang out in the summer. It’s always really clean with lots of places to sit. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but my kids still have lots of friends to play with in the backyard and at the playground which has a tire swing! Rent is extremely reasonable. I honestly have no complaints! It’s a great place to live.
We have lived here for a few years and we love it. It is quiet for the most part. The maintenance guys are great, very personable. Lina, the assistant Manager is very pleasant and we have never had any issues. The inside of the apartments are pretty nice, the counter tops I love, wish the cupboards we updated but I am sure with time that will come. Overall I have no really complaints, neighbors are pretty great too!
Living here is actually nice. It's not perfect, but it has a lot of perks and is very affordable. The interior is newly remodeled and spacious with a good amount of natural light. Stays relatively cool in the summer even on the second floor! The staff is very helpful and everyone I've interacted with here is pleasant and kind. They've been flexible with their business hours multiple times to allow me to pick up or drop off items in the office. The location is also close to the 205 and McLoughlin which makes commuting a bit better.
Extremely friendly staff, fast maintenance and very clean apartments! My husband and I lived here for three years and we loved it. The only reason we move was for a third bedroom hoping to expand our family. The granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are very nice. I love that the whole apartment was tile floor. It was very easy to clean up and maintain.
I was given a $50 credit towards my rent for writing a 5-star review here. Now that I finally have my deposit back I wanted to make sure I edited this review before too many people my original. Place is garbage. Maintenance is very rare even though I saw the main maintenance guy walking around blasting horrible music on his phone almost everyday. Even came out two separate times to see people the apartments have hired SITTING IN THE BED OF MY TRUCK. Happened twice. The only neighbors that I ever had a decent conversation with moved out after 6 months because they didn't like it. This place is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone.
Horrible experience living here! When we first moved in the hookups were not working so we couldn't do laundry in our place for a week. Never have had such rude and noisy neighbors playing mariachi music all the time. Parking spaces are so tight my car was ruined with scrapes and door dings. Major mold and bug problems. No insulation so prepare for extreme temperatures. Our refrigerator went out and took them a few days to get someone to look at it so we lost all our food and drinks in it. Windows always leaked and no screens on any windows or the sliding glass door to the smallest porch in the world. And the very worst part was that there was always, no joke, 20 kids playing outside of our apartments every day all evening long screaming at the tops of their lungs. So if you're a Mexican with loud children you'll fit in perfect. If you're a normal working person or someone who's going to school, you will find no peace here and you'll be treated as the minority.
Just like to say got my deposit back and they literally kept money for minor holes and a hand towel left in the apartment. This apartment was left cleaner than it was when my wife and I moved in. My wife worked very hard at cleaning this place before we left and when we moved in. When we moved in there was ramen in the cupboard, dishwasher stunk ,fridge was turned off so it smelled. I do not recommend renting here, unless you are in a bind.
