Sunnyside Retreat is located in Pine City, MN on the beautiful Snake River. Our location offers a spacious & relaxing space for any crafting of your choice & should you decide to take a break from your crafting, you can step right outside our back door & go Tubing, Kyaking, or Canoeing, or just take in the views while catching up with friends/family around an open fire.
Pricing Information:
Prices are based on a 10 guest occupancy & remain the same regardless of the number of guests. I am ok with more than 10 guests staying & would not charge extra; however renters would need to provide sleeping arrangements & bedding for the extra guests.
A $200 deposit is required upon reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to stay. If there is a need to cancel for any reason & renter would like a full refund, cancellation must be done 90 days prior to stay.
if cancellation is given with less than a 90 notice, the deposit will be forfeited unless another group can be booked for the same duration which at that point the deposit would be applied to a future date.
Friday & Saturday (have to be booked in conjunction) = $500 per night + Tax
Sunday -Thursday = $250 per night + Tax. (2 night minimum stay)
If retreat is booked for full 7 days, than discounted price will be $250 per night for all 7 nights.
Minnesota Sales Tax is 6.875%
Check-In: 11:00 a.m.
Check-Out: 5:00 p.m.
These times can be flexible depending on availability
