A perfect spot to setup an Uber base camp if you dont mind "roughing it" for the Coachella Festival. Easy freeway access only mins away from the Polo Fields.

This is not an RV park it's an old Dilapidated mobile home park. Driveway throught it is so bad I was sure I was going to get stuck or bottom out !

Cool place closer to grocery stores and fast food + car dealer.

Most awful and kissass landlords

If I could give it zero stars I would. There is a lot of battle with the owner and the manager. Things happen caused by them and they blame you except for the terrible job they do there‍‍‍

Because it's very quiet, you don't look lazy
