I called about a locked mailbox and jacob was able to come the same day. He was extremely fast and was able to have the entire issue fixed in less than 20mins. Also he had the best prices after calling around to numerous other locksmiths. He was very nice and personable, I'd recommend him if you are in need of any lock issues!

I paid half as much as I would have if I had used the building's "recommended" locksmith and my doors were left unscratched and the tech was capable of picking the lock without replacing it completely something my previous locksmith told me was impossible. They were faster, nicer, more courteous and cheaper than the last locksmith I called, so I'm saving their number and never trusting my door men again.
24-7 Lockout was recommended by my real estate agent to rekey my rental unit. Super easy, on time and was great at communicating the appt time and when the locksmith was on his way. I Absolutely recommend them! he even able to repair our front door so that it operates more smoothly and he gave us a good price as well.
Great job. Jacob installed my front door Schlage lock. He was on time and knew what he was doing. He cleaned up and helped me program the lock. It works beautiful. He cleaned everything up spotless.
Man, I have to give it to Jacob, he really knows his stuff. Not only did he give us a good deal, he did a good job in short amount of time. If you ever get locked out of your house or need a new lock, this guy's your man. I can't say enough good things about him. After dealing with a few different lock smith companies, I have to say this one man operation has it figured out. Thanks Jacob!
My tenant called to say that the lock on his front door wasn't working. I called 24-7 lockout and they got a technician to come out on Saturday so I didn't have to take off work to meet them. It turned out that my tenant was at home so I didn't have to come but it was nice to know they are available on weekends. Plus they don't charge an additional fee to come out after hours. It all went smoothly. They technician called me to let me know that he was on his way so I could let the tenant know. He took my debit card info over the phone when he was finished and then sent me a receipt. I've used them quite a few times and been really pleased with their service.
24-7 Lockout to the rescue again!! I just used them for the second time and they were quick to answer the phone call, and quick to arrive at my home. Process took about 40min from call, to the tech showing up, and work completed.
Fast and efficient service! I had gotten the key stuck in my front door lock. It was on Sunday afternoon and I had to fly out in 3 hours ! Called another local locksmith who seemed to be sleeping and said they couldn't send anyone so I was very relieved when 24-7 Lockout answered quickly. This locksmith company sent Dave out to fix it. They gave me an hour wait time, since I was not locked out. Dave arrived in 40 minutes, and fixed the Lock problem, unlock door and get the key out. He was very nice and educated me on how to take care of my locks so this wouldn't happen again. I would highly recommend this locksmith service! at a reasonable price. Thank you for saving my Day!
