Ashburn Village Sunoco has serviced my car for over 9 years, and I have found them to be skilled and trustworthy.

Lacy is cordial and friendly for sure, but more important for me, he’s direct and to the point, not wasting my time. They spotted my AC problem quickly and made repairs the same day. I cannot comment on the pricing as I did not get a second estimate but the bill seemed reasonable. I will definitely consul with them should I have future auto repair needs.

They fit me in for two inspections when I didn't have an extra car to drop off at the end of the month even though they are so popular their backlog of cars waiting is often so large that the car needs to be left with the shop. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a good sense of humor, good atmosphere, great service.

They go the extra mile... I had a P0740 check engine code and took it to Ashburn Auto Care to check it out, as I had thought I was out of warranty. I had 58k+ miles and my basic warranty ended at 36k. They called me back and said they had checked, and my vehicle/transmission was still under a 60k miles powertrain warranty, and that I should get it to a dealer asap before my warranty ran out. The dealer found debris in the transmission fluid and is replacing the transmission under warranty. Thank you Ashburn Auto Care! Customer for life!!!
