My mother is almost 84 yrs old, doesn't drive and can barely walk. She is on a fixed income and lives in assisted living that takes all but about $50 a month from her check. I take her to her appts. As stated before, if you are later than 15 minutes early to your appt with Sunrise, they charge you $40 before they will see you. We drive about 30 minutes away, we can't control traffic or construction. I always leave with extra time but sometimes it just isn't enough. If you miss an appt it is the same thing. I really don't understand why at 83 and living in assisted living where the RNs hand out meds, why you need to go monthly to the clinic. I'm looking into another option.

This office is terrible. Staff is rude and the nurse practitioner Diana has little to no experience with pain management patients. They treat you like scum of the earth. Definitely no compassion toward their patients!!!Pretty sure they are just in it for the money as they billed my insurance almost $600 for my 1st visit and 2 weeks later almost $400.for a simple office visit. Go elswhere and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

They're office staff is incompetent. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They also do not document any contacts from the patient. Basically, they're interested in 'legally' selling drugs and NOT patient care. Very disappointed!

She did my mother wrong years she went to her never late they want you there 15 min early to your appt we had all that ice on the road we live hour away my mom appt was at 9 she got there at 855 cause roads they told her she had pay 35$ for late charge cause she wasn't there 15 min b4 hand my mom disabled her kids pay her gas money to go to her appt and this doc knows this my mom has a better doc now that don't just care abouy cares not about the $$ years and this how she is how they are makes me sick hell be pretty hot for gold diggers like you

Staff are friendly and helpful. Masks required. They ask that only patients enter the waiting room to minimize contact

I cannot express enough that the receptionist is very very rude.

Exellent family doctor's office great staff

Every one is so very nice from day one I recommend Sunrise to everyone
