You guys need to figure out a better pick up system. Window pick up only. So if my foods ready and the persons in the front of the line isn't I have to wait untill there's is to pick up mine? So mines cold before I even get it in the car. Just tell them to pull around and park and run it out. Over 30 minutes waiting for 5 cars while my foods ready is unacceptable.
I got the wings from the one in howland for my whole family & not one wing was crispy, I chose not to eat them due to them not looking good at all, but my family said it was fine, sure enough my whole family is vomiting the next day. They were not crispy, they were rubbery & undercooked. They looked like bottom of the barrel chicken wings and were slimey. Don’t worry though you can enjoy the undercooked/extra chewy pizza if raw chicken isn’t your thing. Make the extra 3 min drive & go to the one in Warren.
Used to love this place but the food has gotten progressively worse. I have never ordered a pizza I didn’t want to finish eating until this order. Wings came with 2 bags of carrots that were so old they were completely white. Downtown Sunrise is still on point, but we will not be ordering from this location anymore.
Until they bring back pizza by the slice, it's 1* for me. Ignore the rest... The best place to eat in Howland if you can go in somewhere and grab a bite to go this location is to-go only, hence the express. Always pizza in the window just make sure to have them warm it up for you. It's also the best place for unique eats. The only problem with this place is they don't make a traditional pizza they make old world and gourmet-style pizzas, which makes it hard to please a crowd.
I ordered 2 pizzas, and was disappointed that they were both under baked. Under sauce was still doughy . Flavor was good, but didn't enjoy as I usually do. First time I have ever had a pizza under baked.
I used to order wings here every week. They have dejack attacks that are awesome but you can rarely get them made like they used to be. Dont bother asking for extra sauce cause that's rate too anymore. Even if u ask. I no longer get wings here weekly because if the varying in taste and flavor. Super disappointed yet again in our order!
Sunrise Inn Express has great food... If you can catch them when they actually take orders. Their hours open may say to 10pm but don't be fooled. They stop taking orders at 8pm. What kind of pizza and wing place is not open during Prime dinner hours? Apparently this place. Weekends they may be open later, but I wouldn't guarantee it. I have worked take out pizza places and if our hours say 10pm we would take orders right up to that time. Change your hours to be accurate guys so people aren't disappointed, or actually work the hours you have posted. You never know, you might actually make some more money from the late night crowd.
Their old world pizza is every bit as good as what you’d find downtown at the original location. In other words, it’s amazing. The pizza with mozzarella is definitely worth a try, too — it’s smothered in cheese! I can’t say I’m very impressed with the pasta dishes at the Howland express location, though.
I will never order from this location again. Ordered 3 pizzas the day before and requested them to be ready at 430pm the next day. I even called that next day to confirm my order and add an additional pizza to that order. Get there at 4:30 to pickup the pizzas and don't get waited on until almost 5pm only to find out that they somehow misplaced my order or gave it to someone else.
Sat in a long line and got to window 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready. Had to pay and then pull around the building and wait another 8 mins before pizza came out. Ordered BBQ chicken chicken, red onions, bacon, mozz & BBQ sauce per menu. Got home and there was ham and pineapple on it. Called and was told "thats what they put on it" and wasn't willing to do anything about it. Terrible.
