Deep Tissue: $70/ 1 Hour
Manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance the function and promote relaxation and well-being. Massage can be applied with different modalities such as: the hands, fingers, elbow, knees, forearms, and hot stones.
Swedish: $70/ 1 Hour
Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are sliding or gliding, kneading, rhythmic tapping, cross fiber and vibration/shaking. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving poor circulation.
Combination: $70/ 1 Hour
Combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish. Great for relaxation and working out the problematic areas.
Hot Stone Massage: $80/ 1 Hour
Hot stone massage uses water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. Stones coated in oil are used by the therapist delivering various massaging strokes. The hot stones used are commonly river stones which overtime, have become extremely polished and smooth. As the stones are placed along the recipient's back, they help to retain heat which then deeply penetrates into the muscles, releasing tension.
Thai Yoga Stretch: $80/ 1 Hour
The technique combines massage with Yoga-like positions during the course of the massage. Thai Traditional Massage is highly recommended for persons with office jobs to increase range of motions, flexibilities and balance of energy. All massage ends with complimentary hot towel rub-down.
Pampering Sessions/ Massage & Rain Shower: $125/ 80 Minutes
Client will receive 60 minutes massage and followed by rain shower. A "Rain Shower" is a form of hydrotherapy which uses a series of shower nozzles which spray large quantities of water over the client while he or she lies in a shallow wet bed, similar to a massage table, but with drainage for the water. The nozzles may usually be adjusted for height, direction, and temperature. Shower is often done after the massage for the duration of 20 minutes.
Ultra Pampering Package
Massage & Bath: $160/ 100 Minutes
Clients receive 80 full minutes massage of choice and followed by 5 minutes of body scrubs with Cornmeal or Oakmeal body scrub to rid of dead skin. After the body scrub, clients get another 20 minutes of body washing and complementary massage of head, shoulder, hands and feet.
