I brought in my wedding dress to be cleaned - it was in pretty rough shape from the wedding and we had a blast! but they did an amazing job getting in back in shape! I had a great experience and recommend!
First time there, having a king sized cotton bed cover cleaned. Very pleased with excellent service, fair pricing, and item was delivered to me in a nice zippered bag perfect for storing and reusing. After reading the negative reviews, I’d say if you are reasonable, state clearly what you have to be cleaned, and have common sense not to leave an item there for 3 months and expecting it to still be there, you’ll be a happy client!
We have been taking our clothes to sunset cleaners for a while now, however I just found out that they gave away my $100 skirt without notifying me whatsoever it had been there for 3 months. The manager was very rude.
I have never been to this place before and have not used dry cleaners recently. With it being the end of the school year, my daughter needed her ROTC uniform cleaned and pressed and I was also going to drop off a fee alterations. I saw this place as I was riding and decided to stop and see if they were closed. The open light was still on and according to their sign, there was 10 minutes left before closing. As I parked and got out, I watched the lady come from behind the counter and speed walk to the front door to lock it as she looked me dead in my face. Then she went back behind the counter again and refused to make any further eye contact. I don't know if she had a problem with helping me specifically or if she was trying to end her day early but it was really frustrating and disappointing. All I was doing was dropping off. It wouldn't have taken long to help me. Oh well, I guess I'm just a customer they will never have. Terrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.
First time using this place. I told them I was in a bit of a time crunch for one outfit and they were kind enough to get it back to me VERY quickly.

New to the area, called Sunset Cleaners and was told to speak to the owner regarding prices. When I called the next day the owner advised me of his price list for the cleaning of men's shirts. He told me the price for laundered and pressed on hangers would be $2.45 each. When I received the clothes back on Tuesday, I was shocked to see that I was charged $1.25 more each shirt $3.70 each than what the owner had quoted me. When I called to speak to the owner he told me that his prices increase based on the brand label of the shirts and that if they are more expensive brands then they charge more money to clean which was never disclosed when I called the first time. This is a rip off! Do not use these services if you have designer brand clothing, they use the method bait and switch! Be aware!
