Came in to clean our clothes today and we saw lots of out of order washing machines and there was no soap in the bathroom so ppl are not washing there hands and people are stay here almost all day without not taking there clothes out for others to put in more clothes. Also the emergency door in the back is not locked a woman went in and out of the emergency door and said some stuff can't remember.
Many of the machines are still down. The change machines are not working; several clients have come in to do laundry and must find somewhere else to get quarters. The soap dispenser has been removed from the bathroom wall. The bathroom faucet knobs are missing. In one photo you can see the machine parts are in the washing machine. Machine WBU036. This facility has gotten progressively worse. Two weeks ago I was in here. This is why I stopped using Summit laundry; this one is now equally as bad, if not worse.
So many machines were out of order when I went on 7/31. We used the larger machines, 3 to be exact and when we went to use them again for a 2nd load, the machine started leaking water out of the front loading door. Also the change machines were empty. So we had to go across to the gas station to get quarters. The soda machine wouldn't even dispense a soda when tried to purchase one. Will not be using this location again.
Very run down, an entire row of washers out of order, and conveniently all the smaller cheaper ones. Water damage on the ceiling and no change in the change machines, the gas station across the street have said that they haven’t had any change in a while due to the amount of people going there for quarters, on top of that the soap dispensers are empty or clogged so it’ll take your money give you nothing or you have to fish it out of the shoot. Overall very much worse then it used to be and not pleasant.
We were there again this past Sunday and again was able to use the $4.50 washer w/o problem and as well as get change. Didn't need soap cause I bring my own. Not sure why others are saying they're problems cause we're not seeing that many. Yes a lot of the small washers were out however they're were a lot of working $2.25 washers including two top loaders u just have to look. We were there this past weekend and let's just say much better experience. More working machines, soap dispenser and change were also working. Yes there were a lot of the $2 smaller machines not working however the xl $4.50&6.50 were working great Which was in great timing since we needed to wash our xl winter blankets. Thank you owners etc It wasn't as bad as I thought with all the negative reviews. Yes a lot of machines were out of order n one cart was broken from what I saw however over all I got two loads done in two separate washers n dryers n it only cost $10.25 not bad. Tables etc were clean, bathroom not so much. Vending machine prices were crazy however I brought a snack and drink n activity for me n my kids. I'm glad I do cause a mom was letting her kids run wild, playing in carts being loud trying to break the vending machine n she was outside in her car. We will be back just hope they can fix the jumbo machines cause we want to wash our winter blankets coats etc n get them packed away so hopefully by mid May they're all up n running
This place is awful! 75% off the machines are and have been broken for 2 years. Change machine is always empty. Prices are insane IF you're lucky enough to get a machine and there's never anyone to help. It's not just this location but all of their locations. These ppl need to be shut down
More than half of the machines are broken, including all large machines. Working machines are dirty. No attendant on site to refund money when machines eat your quarters. A laundromat has one function- to have working washers and dryers. This business does not meet one’s lowest expectation of a laundromat.
Used to be clean and well cared for. Came in today. Trash and clothing everywhere. On the floor at the door... i feel like a Doctor seuss book. Anyway half the washers are broken and the dryers.. pretty sure one is gonna start on fire
Go somewhere else! So many out of order machines! All the time. Today the two change machines were out of order so people had to leave and go to the bank for quarters. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed of how he/she runs their business.
If I could give lower I would. Multiple machines were out of order, the change machines were both out of change who walks around with pockets full of quarters People using a Laundromat NEED the change machines to work, and the bathroom was without toilet paper and soap. Then there is a sign on the window asking for Google Reviews, I had a laugh at that because no review of that place would be positive for the business. I see through the reviews they are always out of order and out of quarters, the owner responds saying they will get techs out there, but obviously never do, because they are still out of quarters and running out of machines.
