This was a tough funeral for the staff of Sunset! However with over whelming BS from a variety of family members ; a little rudeness was shown to those that lived out of town , this was begore the day of the funeral. Durning the service all staff were a 5 out 5 , especially Ms. Vicky. Thanks.
Struggled with writing this review. I will be contacting them next week about my concerns. My Father was buried in a mausoleum and the interior had very unpleasant odor, however, what really upset me were all bugs/gnats that were crawling all over my Father’s face as he lay in his casket. They said one of their bug lights was not working. I find not having a backup plan absolutely unacceptable. It was so bad we had to close his casket for the family viewing. Absolutely shameful.
Even under the unprecedented restrictions placed on Sunset, the staff were compassionate and kind to our family for my sister-in-law's funeral. We truly appreciate the staff working with us during this difficult time.
Nice plots and try to keep them clean and updated, but fall a little short. My dad was a veteran and every year I have to remind them where's the flag in his vase... Beautiful place just need people to respect their jobs.
I just planned my dads funeral here and the staff were amazing and kind. They went above and beyond to help us. I will definitely be doing my own planning here and no where else.
