As a former vet tech and former dog trainer I’m really picky about veterinarians. Dr. Fournier is amazing, kind, and a good listener. She listens to my concerns and does thorough exams. She does not write off breed-specific issues as many vets do. My senior Greater Swiss Mountain dogs and my mixed breed dog are in good hands with her. She is a common-sense veterinarian who is not jaded by her profession, despite its difficulties. This clinic is very affordable and that cannot be understated with the rising costs of veterinary care. The staff is prompt and my appointments are on time. They do not overbook and the non-chaotic atmosphere is really valued to me given how much it affects animals. When an emergency vet tried to operate without cause on my senior dog, she was the voice of reason that I could trust. It is beyond priceless to have access to a vet like this.

I’m so happy we started coming here after we adopted our little girl. Soon after we got her, she fractured two of her teeth and needed surgery. They were able to get her scheduled quickly and it cost us way less than other clinics quoted. It’s nearby, affordable, and the staff is amazing. They honestly make you and your pets feel welcome, valued, and well cared for. They just want what’s best for the animals and I can not recommend them enough.

We are so happy with our experience at Sunset Park! The vet and her tech are unbelievably nice and it’s clear they really love animals. They were so sweet to our rescue dog, and were extremely accommodating as she is still reactive and they made she she didn’t encounter another dog during her visit. Glad to have found a great vet in South Tampa!

The doctor and her staff are really wonderful. As a new dog mom I was so unsure of pretty much everything and the whole staff has helped us tremendously. They are so great with our dog too, she is always happy in there! I would highly recommend:

I have a 5 year old rescue that is terrified of his own shadow. I am extremely protective of him as you can imagine, he is my baby. I took. him into the clinic yesterday and the staff was awesome. Further to that, Scrappy doesn't take to people easily Dr. Tara Fournier was such an exception to his normal behavior I was amazed. We had tail wags, she was able to bring him to the back alone TWICE and was eating out of her hand. She has patients for life with us. Thank you Dr. Tara Fournier and staff!!

I took my cat to get spayed, and the vet was SO kind. They were patient with me, answered all my questions, and were incredibly tender towards my animal. I’m so pleased with the service I received here. I know my cat is in good hands when I bring here here. I highly recommend this place because of their kind & caring staff.

Amazing service. I order my pets meds from chewy, and they are always quick to approve his prescriptions within the same day! My dog also has a membership with a different clinic and they do not approve his prescriptions and are terrible at getting back to customers, so I'm grateful that Sunset Park is nothing like them. They provide outstanding service here. Thank you!

These people are just amazing. I manage their network, but I also use their service for my veterinary care for both my dogs big dogs. I've spent many hours there seeing them work with the animals and it means so much more for them than just being a job. They sincerely love the animals and have true compassion. It's easy, when you bring your loved animals to a vet and see a veterinarian care while you're still there; but the care that these wonderful people have for your/their animals, far exceeds the norm, even after you're gone from sight. I've never seen such compassion from any veterinarian. These are not your fly by night franchise vets, they are truly loving and compassionate human beings who will give your pets the love you and your pets need, in such a stressful time. I'd never bring my dogs to anyone else. Your pets will truly be in wonderful hands, and I mean that with all my heart.
