I've been doing business with Sunset Plaza Insurance for about two years now. My experience, so far, has been positive. To date--my over the phone experience with David has been friendly, compassionate, uncynical and non-judgmental to my insurance needs vs. my ability to pay. David has helped me even in the most difficult situations. I'm just now reading the reviews of current, past and potential customers and to be honest the reviews has raised a level of concern. I'm praying what happened to others will not happen to me nor my son who I recently referred. For others, I recommend speaking with David, he is the only one I've dealt with so far, I hope your experience will result in a positive one.

There will always be bad and good experiences from customer service providers but I must admit DAVID. Was the best guy around. He saved me from Over paying for car insurance which I couldn't afford!. Not only was he diligent he was hardworking and kind!. I've never had an insurance broker be so honest!. I'm so grateful for this man without him I would have no insurance and not be able to work! If it's possible he Deserves a raise based on his diligent ness. Thank you again David you saved me!!! I wish you nothing but the best !! People please take the time and really look for a provider that is willing to help you! Sunset plaza has stolen my heart! Thank you thank you.

I've been with sunset plaza for a few years now and I've gotten nothing but great service for the best price. Aurthur has been my agent since day one and gets me the best deal on my insurance. I'm very satisfied with all that he has done for me. If you're looking for good insurance for a great price he's your guy.

David with Sunset Plaza has assisted me very well for the past 2 years. Given my current driving record it can be very hard for me personally to find insurance that is economical and fits my needs. I had a difficult situation, I had to get car insurance for my husband who was a no accident/penalty driver, but he was just few months in this country, and most companies refused to insure him. Parham Eghlimy was able to get us a fair rate, and he also educated us about our rights after 12 months of holding a policy in ANY company. Right now we are insured in a different company, because my car has been there for years, and they finally recognized my husband's driving record, but Parham handled it perfectly. He knows that we get a better rate as a marriage with 2 cars at our current insurer, and he was not pushing for us to switch. Thanks guys!

Spoke with Roosevelt because I had some original issues with understanding how the payments where going to be made. So I was really upset when I first called but Roosevelt was very helpful and wanted to get to the bottom of why I was so upset. Instead of going back over the policy and just telling me that was what I signed he asked what he could do to try to make it better and asked if he could split the payments for me. Once he did that he totally helped me correct my account and helped split the payment for me. He even had me laughing at the end. Would like to recommend speaking with him if you run into any issues, he will help you out.

Aurter is ba bad insurance agent i been waiting on my permanent insurance card to come in the mail for a year now and I still haven't arrived. He's been telling me they mailed it but nothing came this guy been giving me the runaround the whole time. If I were looking for insurance I would recommend this insurance agency they do a lot of shady work and are really careless.

I rebuilt my motorcycle and it last was registered in 2018.  I wanted insurance documentation quickly, but my current carrier for my car requires 15 days.  I explained I wanted documentation in a few days because I planned to go to the DMV and do renew and get tags and all at once.  They quoted me $250/year.  I asked about the coverages and said the policy should be MUCH lower and then they told me they couldn't talk to me?  The people are IDIOTS, stay away,

I just recently purchased insurance from parham eghlimi at Sunset Palazza insurance, he gave me the best insurance..:he answered all my questions in very polite way, he's very knowledgeable man and very professional.. My experience was great and this place is highly recommended!
