I've been renting here for several years now and couldn't be happier. Jim keeps the area extremely clean and is the on-site owner. I'm very pleased with my experience there and intend to be there for the years to come. He's friendly and reasonable and runs a good operation.

I have been in my unit for just over 3 years not and I am finally moving out this week. No fault of the owners as they have been great from day one, just finally getting rid of some stuff. The price was always better than everywhere else and even in the winter I never had trouble getting into my unit. They have always replied in a timely fashion the few times I did have calls in for questions.

Excellent storage facility with great family owners and fair pricing. I had storage with them for 5 years and zero issues. Great local small business.

Very difficult to get anybody live on the phone or receive a call back

Definately an excellent experience. Jim was professional and understanding to our moving situation. We were closing on an house and the bank was not understanding with us! Jim was understanding to our notice. He kept a very clean and safe facilty! I received my full deposit before even vacating the unit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use in the future if ever needed.

This is a wonderful storage facility! If you're looking to store your items, look no further. The owner is very easy to work with, the site and units are clean and dry. I've had no problems and I've been storing here for years.

It started off well.. I met Amy and filled out paperwork for a unit. I told her I would pay an extra month up front and she said I could get that back if I was out by then.. I saw her sweeping out a unit and for whatever reason I gave her a $10 tip. For doing nothing really, I guess just because she was friendly. I was out by when I told her and when I called her she said she doesn't think they're obligated to give me my money back, she'll call me back... Never got a call and no answer when I called. I never got my money back for the following month and my unit was PRISTINE when I left. I have pictures before and after. I swept it out and everything. I never got my security deposit back either. Moving can be stressful and expensive enough as it is. Thanks for adding to it!
