This is one of the prettiest RV parks in the Houston area. Lots of trees and great views of Lake Conroe. Easy in and out and over size pads. The reviews on-line are overwhelmingly good. Caters to long time stays.
A must see. Lake Conroe is the cleanest freshest Lake around here.
Not Family Friendly! There is a growing trend of families living in RV's. We will see how long these parks will last who discriminate against families. We weren't accepted here because we have more than 2 kids.
This is by far the best RV Park in the area. They only take Month to Month reservations but our stay here was wonderful. Very clean, spacious sites and very friendly people. Wish we could have been here longer but life happens and we had to go. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely return.
Certainly is named correctly. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, fishing, and shopping.
I love Sunset Shores. The lake view and sunsets are stunning! They have plenty of shade. The people are so nice. It is very peaceful. We may stay here forever.
We have stayed at two parks in the Lake Conroe area & this one is definitely better. I give it 3 stars because we have actually stayed in some really nice RV parks in other towns & this one is average compared to them but actually seems to be one of the best ones in the area. Nice pool & laundry. Nice employees. Would highly recommend in the summer to make sure your lot has a tree in it for shade or you will struggle to keep cool. Nice view of the lake. Some of their porch options don't seem worth the extra money, glad we didn't opt for that. Also they need to get better at making the full timers there to take all their stuff inside. It has the potential to look like a trailer park because some sites are loaded down with stuff & looks cluttered. It is a nice RV park for the area & would recommend it for Lake Conroe stays. Nice people
It was my first time it was very peaceful but that all you can do is go fishing is not much to do
We love it here. Staff is helpful and pleasant. The pool and spa are cleaned regularly. The laundry is rather iffy. Just let them know and they come and get it going again without an attitude. The valet boat launch from the boat storage is a plus and the fishing in the lake is great. Nobody hassles you about much of anything. The neighbors are friendly and a fish fry at "Ronnie's corner" is awesome! Our dog is happy here and always treated well. There are children here who are lovely and very friendly and respectful. Our plants and yard ornaments are no problem. I couldn't be happier with this RV park!
I reserved a site for my in-laws last week. We wanted them to have the best since they were traveling so far to come see us. They absolutely loved the park. Waterfront site and sunsets were beautiful. The whole park, showers and pool are spotless. Employees are friendly and helpful. All of the rv tenants are so nice and keep their sites looking great.
