This is a great natural hair salon in Falls Church, VA! The provide shampoo, conditioning, roller set, and flat iron along with other services. I have 4c hair and bring my Mousse with me. I ask them to apply the mousse for my roller set because my hair gets dry without it. They don’t have a problem with doing it. Good customer service and great prices! All the services and the people who works there are amazing Mulu, Emu and Eshitu. I really enjoyed my time there and “Eshtu” the hair styles always do a fabulous job on my hair.Services: Haircut

It was one of the worst experience I every had. The own not sure his name. Was extremely rude even to get an appointment. I did come late but he could have said reschedule for another day. Instead he contacted me and said so many horrible things before I stepped my foot into salon until I left. I will never in my life advice anyone to go there. Due to horrible service and name calling I received. I advice do not use this salon. I usually do not complain but when I do it must be real. But I would like to say thank you for lady that washed my hair. But then man there at the registrar he thinks he is still back home in Africa to talk to a women the way he spoke to me.Service: Haircut

STAY AWAYVery rude, no manner and aggressive owner. Experienced similar poor customer service and treatment as the person that left a review here. Both the owner to the washer were completely unenthusiastic from the moment I walked in. The washer was not compliant, she even had the audacity to yell at me when a roller fell out of my hair by accident when she had only just done like 4 parts. To which I then asked to pay for a wash and go and just leave. The owner has the other audacity to repeatedly ask me why I want to just wash and go . BRUH BECAUSE I WANT to wash and go. He made me repeat my self. I don’t understand how he thinks he can talk to women in such a disrespectful way zero manners ! thinks he can talk to women like he is back in his old country. Myself and my daughters have been coming here for yrs but after waiting four hours on a Saturday with an appointment for a silk press and I still had rollers my hair and two more patrons ahead of me..... I opted to leave !! No Sir, this in unacceptable !! I love the service I've received in the past but apparently greed has set in. Good Day.

The guy behind the cash register is extremely rude and trashy. The way he talks to people is so disrespectful. If you hate your job quit, there’s no reason for all the rudeness no wonder why this place is going downhill.

I love this Salon. Eshetu is an amazing hair stylist that really knows his art. Samri is great with mixing colors. They both make sure your hair stays looking amazing and healthy. I really recommend this place. Believe me you won't regret

First off, there's a bunch of fake 5 star reviews on here. Second, they "don't do relaxers after 4pm" although I was told on the phone to come in at 5pm. So don't waste your time coming here since they will not work up until they close. I will take my money elsewhere.
