A very nice experience. Wooden cabanas with 2 picnic tables in each line the river bank. Grills at each unit. The children's play area has overhead covering to keep the little ones from the sun. Bathrooms are clean. The pier is worth walking out on. The end is covered and has an area to sit.
Great place for the family Playground, docks, river beach access, grills Definitely better than what's pictured Playground: Shaded and updated playground Restrooms: Does have bathrooms Picnic area: Couple of covered picnic areas And a huge pavilion with grills
Our favorite place to go swimming in the Indian River Lagoon. My kid loves the playground with swings... Very important feature for her and the bathroom is handy for changing into swimming gear if you decide to extend the outside play and get in the water. There are cute pavilions, or you can sit on the sand at the water's edge... I noted a few sand fleas but nothing that was unbearable. The water is generally calm with decent visibility.
This is a great park with lots of covered tables. Right next to the water. There is also a playground for kids, but no large field.
Easter with the family grew up going here with my family and now the youngins get to enjoy the same. Park is well upkept for about 20 years! Crazy! Excellent work Rockledge! Playground: Kids likes it, played on the beach more though Restrooms: Clean Picnic area: Clean well suited for a large family Easter gathering
There's a new playground with shade, great for kids.
Cute little beach park. Gazebos & benches with picnic tables. A little walking path. Perfect place to put in a kayak or just soak up the sun on the water.
Rotary Park is one of my favorite places to go. I can usually see some dolphins and sometimes a hydrofoil wind surfer. The pavillion at the end of the pier has a good breeze and fine views. There are usually a few families around having a picnic or fishing. It has never felt crowded. There is a semi-homeless guy that may ask for money, but he is low-key about it. There is a recently updated playground. The restrooms in the large picnic pavillion are decent. Towards evening, there is often music drifting over from Pineda Inn. It is a very pleasant place to watch the sun set.
Nice place to have a gathering. Pavilions are maintained and the children's playground has a cover to keep the equipment cooler!
Great park with great scenery, BUT the playground has a TERRIBLE red ant problem. Our visit was cut short do to our losing battle against the ants. Do not risk parking your wagons or strollers on the mulch, and check your babies frequently
