I've seen various dentists throughout Phoenix and hands-down Dr. Cadwell is one of the best! I've recommended him to my family and friends because he's very knowledgeable and caring towards his patients. The staff here are also very helpful and so sweet, they make you feel welcome which I appreciate. Overall it's a great place that gives great care
The employees were polite & helpful. I am grumpy, hard of hearing and sometimes don’t provide current insurance husbands work place tends to go from delta to MetLife and back to Delta , but they stayed nice and got everything straight. Dentist was the best that I have experienced in my 65 years. He is fast, has superior use of tools, a very knowledgeable & pleasant person. He did 3 crowns on top right at same time
Sunwest is my new regular dentist office. The staff are super friendly and make sure you're comfortable. It's easy to make convenient appointments and the work is great! I had a wisdom tooth extracted here about 48 hrs ago and have virtually zero pain!! Dr. Cadwell and team are just great!!
Super friendly and inviting staff and doctor AND maintained timely service. Appt was at 1:00, I showed up at 1:00, they got us right in AND out by 1:40. I was very impressed. And grateful to have a new friendly dentist office!

Best dentist I have ever been to. From the front office to the chair. I have always hated going to the dentist. Here I feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly taken care of. It about time a dental office treats you as the customer and not burden. I have already suggested to all my coworkers to go here. I never write reviews, but after have two teeth removed with no discomfort, I feel it would be disservice to anyone who is looking for a dentist, not to write a review.
I was out of town when I experienced severe tooth pain that went across the whole left side of my teeth and mouth. Went 3 days with no sleep. I was able to get into the Dentist Monday morning. Found out 1 of my molars was pretty much a dead tooth and causing the pain. I had to have my first root canal and crown done on that tooth. Dr Josh did an amazing job. He made sure I did not feel a thing the entire time and made sure I was comfortable thru the whole thing. I was on a little bit of a time frame and he made sure he got me out of there not even on time but earlier then I needed to be. Dr Josh did an amazing job and now I'm not so worried about having to get another root canal and crown later on. All that stress for nothing. Dr Josh has a great team and staff. Very friendly and family oriented.
I’ve been using this place for about 8 months. They fixed all my issues in just 2 visits. Root canal was quick and painless. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 2 minutes before I’m in the chair. Everyone especially Ericka is extremely friendly and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They all seem like they enjoy working here. The hygienist was delightful and thorough. The doctor was down to earth and I didnt feel pressured to have any further services. I would recommend Sun West to anyone
I have always hated going to the dentist and developed a phobia but since going to Dr Josh I don’t have a problem going at all. He is the greatest. If you’re looking for a dentist this is the one. He’s very gentle and there’s no pain. I’m so thankful for him and the wonderful staff.
