I do most of all my shopping a super 1 because it's convenient and I like the prices but one associate in particular makes the experience less than enjoyable. She mostly works nights, she is not friendly at all and always has a biting attitude every time I have to deal with her. But I'll continue to shop here I just won't go through her line.
Extremely rude cashier was less than helpful when I used my gift card to pay. She said she couldn’t track how much was on it when I told her I didn’t know how much was on the card. I finally gave up and used my debit card. Left feeling judged and disappointed.
Meat department asst mgr was so helpful and courteous! Checkout person was kind and cheery. Great visit during a hectic time of year.
This place is always clean and they have a great butcher. Fresh meat, fruits and vegetables are the reason we come here. The people at the butcher block are always happy to help if you need a specific cut or have questions. They have helped me with ideas on how to prepare a dish many times. Prices on their dry foods are a little high, so we shop elsewhere for those usually.
Seems like a good store with a nice selection. I stop at the Tesla Supercharger here, so normally just hit the bathroom, but they have a great beer selection, and I’ve stocked up there too.
Good store. Watch for deals. That's the beat time to shop there.
Super 1 is always clean and their produce is by far the best out of every grocery store in town.
I like Super 1 but I bought something yesterday that was 14 months outdated. They should be checking the dates and rotating their products!
Called yesterday to ask what the deli hours were and a woman answered the phone and rudely stated the deli was closed and that I should have been earlier. Before I could even respond she hung up on me. I called yesterday 6/29/22 at 8:29 PM. If that's the treatment you folks give customers with questions I'll have my events food ordered elsewhere.
The place is incredibly large and stocked well. Unfortunately many items are forgotten to be rotated. The natural non-GMO non-gluten section is quite unique, but selling products a year after their expiration isn't cool. Do love that it's open 24/7!
