Arrived at the hotel and the desk clerk, Jay, made our stay wonderful. Super friendly. The reasons I did not give 5 stars. The shower did not work, so ended up taking a bath. The tub drained super slow. We spent 2 nights. Our reservation confirmation number was called a ghost number due to a glitch between the Wyndham web site and the motel. Was advised this happened to several people. Came back the second night after our medical stand by and found there had been no cleaning service done. Just glad we weren't just checking in. Edit to add I worked as a maid years ago I know how those levers work in the shower, yours doesn't work. Tried it both with the water running and not running. It would not turn the shower on
So the app gave me grief! But the hotel staff and the 1800 corporate number helped make it right!!! I absolutely love dealing with Wyndham over others. They always have it together or if they goof they admit it and make it 100 percent right. I appreciate it and is why I used them over others lately. The hotel is super clean, huge, updated those pics don't do justice and quiet. No highway noise and next to a deli, casino liquor store and gas station. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!
This hotel has a lot going for it. Great location near the airport and close to downtown Bozeman. Awesome staff who definitely care that you are staying with them. Rooms have cool black and white photo headboards that showcase the local surroundings. Definitely not a budget hotel experience.Rooms: 5/5
Room was clean. Hot tub was not working. No shuttle to the airport. The two main reasons I booked this room. I booked last minute, so I can't blame them. They gave us a handicapped room that was literally right of the lobby. Not the quietest room. But I booked it it for the price
1. No elevator. It's been said to death, there's no elevator. Three floors, no elevator. 2. There were bugs in my bed!!! I stg. Not roaches I don't know what they were but they were in my bed. I called the front desk and they offered to either change my room or give me fresh sheets. I tried changing the sheets but nope, still there. Went to the front desk and was told I had to wait til the morning. I "slept" in the chair til I could change hotels.
It's a nice enough hotel but you're paying outrageous prices if you come during moving weekend for campus and they hike up the prices because they know they can.Also they did not advertise that their pool was broken down so you're paying the same price Is without the benefits. They did have breakfast but it was disgusting so we decided to eat somewhere else it was cold and very limited options. Try to use the printer in the lobby and no toner ink had a hard time getting on luckily the staff was nice enough to help us and printed something out for us. No elevator, Very pet friendly but you're going to pay frees for it.
We stayed one night before flying out of the Bozeman airport nearby. Check-in was easy and pleasant - the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless and comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
There are much better hotels in the area to stay at than this one. The room was dark because the lighting is terrible, our room was below ground, there's no elevator, there was a gap in the door that let light into the room and it was expensive.Rooms: 1/5
It's a decent place to stay if you're tight on time and money. However if you have more time to prepare for your trip or if the occasion of your trip is special, i would suggest you look for other options first. Pros: • Most of the staff are friendly • The lobby looks clean and nice • The rooms were clean • The bed was firm and comfortable Cons: • i had to give the benefit of the doubt to one staff member at the front desk • The bathroom looks hastily constructed • The carpets must've been vacuumed but not washed, they felt grimy • The walls are thin enough to hear what's going on in the hallway. • The cleaning staff started vacuuming the hallway at about 8:30am which i consider a bit early
