Super 8 Motel, Bedford Dfw Airport West

Hotel was decent. Mostly comfortable. Room was clean. The front desk attended Millie was very helpful and she puts in the extra effort. The guy after me only spoke Spanish and she pulled out her phone to use a translator to help him even better. It's always nice to see someone care so much about doing their job well.Rooms: 4/5

Clean rooms and comfortable bed especially after an all night flight. The vibe of the interior design reminds me of a college dorm. Millie and staff were very courteous and gave us a late checkout. The airline put us up so I’m not sure about price but I imagine its a decent low budget option.

The customer service was GREAT! Nikki was amazing and super friendly! It looks newly renovated. We were throwing in a big tournament at Drengr Axe Throwing across the highway so the location was premiere. The only cons were that the vending machine wouldn't accept cards, the coffee machine shut down before breakfast was over and the walls are super thin. But over all, for a Super 8, it was great for what we needed!

We stayed here after an American Airlines late night flight was canceled. The hotel was inundated with last minute guests and they handled it like true pros! We were in a room within minutes of arriving at the hotel after midnight. Then at 4am they had a shuttle ready for us for delivery back to airport! Truly amazing. Lastly, and most impressive, we accidentally left a souvenir we bought in Mexico at the front desk at 4am. The owner mailed it to us free of charge! We are very thankful!!!

Hall smells of weed and curry. My room was immaculate. Beds clean. No bugs. Service fantastic. Shuttle prompt and professional. Breakfast starts at 6, but they had it ready at 4:30 which was so convenient.Rooms: 4/5

Millie at the front desk was outstanding. She was very accommodating. I had two separate bookings and she was more then helpful in combing the reservations. Hotel was clean and for the price you can’t beat it. In a good part of town. I would recommend this hotel any time in town. Ask for Millie!Rooms: 5/5

American Airlines provided me with a hotel voucher here. At the airport, I was on the wrong side of the courtesy pick up, and the shuttle bus driver called me asking for my location, and the driver was generous and picked up my party. Nikki provided excellent service and made me welcomed. Bedroom and bathroom are modern, the A/C heater was pleasant. I enjoyed my stay at this Super 8 and would return!

Bravo! Joni. It was a family vacation – a rainy day and all exhausted, especially the kids. After a quick check-in, we went straight to the room which was nice and tidy, and we had a good night's sleep. With all positive experiences, we checked out early in the morning. Four days later, however, I realized that I left my laptop, along with its charger and touch pen, in the hotel room. I called the front desk to check if they have it. Here comes Joni, a well-disposed and professional lady, who had checked us in, to the rescue. She took the matter into her hand, located the items, properly packaged them, and shipped them back to me using the shipment level I had sent to her. Throughout the process, her professional and welcoming demeanor and demonstrated passion for serving her guest were exemplary. I had no hope I will ever be able to get the items back after so many days, but I got them all safe and sound because of her. Thank you, Joni.

America Airlines customers, just use a taxi voucher and go somewhere else! The person at the front desk, AK, was helpful and arranged a morning cab for me, but every other part of my experience just made a bad situation worse. As for many other reviewers, the shuttle I called for took an hour to show up called at 11 pm. I didn't get to my room until 2 hours after landing, for a motel that is 15 minutes away by car. Unacceptable. Then, even though it advertised an airport shuttle and AA says it has one, it doesn't run a shuttle at 7 am "because it's busy then." Seriously?? I ended up having to pay for a cab out of pocket to get any sleep at all. To add insult to injury, they require you to cash in your $12 meal voucher for their extra-basic, usually-free breakfast. I was only informed the breakfast wasn't actually free once I'd already started grabbing food so I felt like I couldn't back out. Just save the voucher and get breakfast at the airport. Finally, my room was very hot 77-78 F no matter what I did to the unit in my room, and the alarm clock was left on from the previous customer and woke me up early. Overall, a poor experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This is much nicer than a normal Super 8! Staff was patient and friendly. Our flight got canceled and AK kindly helped all 100+ of us. I don’t know if I would book it on my own, but it was good for a quick overnight stay.Rooms: 4/5
