Staff and service was excellent. Initial service upon walking in was immediate. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean quiet rooms. House keeping was also happy to provide any service needed and proud their boss held them to a "higher standard of cleaning". This is my second experience at this location and both visits were a good experiences. Building inside and out were well maintained and rooms/hallways were always clean AC worked excellent. Other patrons staying here were friendly and considerate. Rooms: There was a protocol for safety and evacuation in case of emergency. Multiple camera's on sight that all worked well. Local law inforcement would do random checks for added security.
Front desk gal was nice & helpful. They are clearly doing renovations as some of the bathroom was new while other parts were not - same in the rooms too. Everything was very clean though. The mattresses are very firm not my preference but the air conditioning was cold! Again - everything was clean! Breakfast was small but did the job. It was easy to get to as well.
TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!!! We made reservations the day before we were scheduled to arrive at Super 8 on I70 in Salina Kansas. The night we were to arrive we had truck mechanical problems and was unable to make it to the motel. We had to spend the night in a road side park without phone service. I called the desk clerk to try to work something out on an room the next night. They had charged our card for the full price . I explained the problem we had the night before and asked her for a discount for another night . She refused to help us any way . We had stayed many times recently, but never again. If you reserve a room at this motel and can’t make it for any reason YOU WILL Be CHARGED FULL PRICE OF THE ROOM!!!
Awful, dirty, uncomfortable. Definitely wont go the cheap route again, not worth even what I paid. Hair not mine on both sides of pillow, stains on linens and the mattress is on a metal frame that squeaks loudly with the slightest movement. Folks Just DONT stay here if you have any other choice. Rooms: Nasty
I like them because rooms are clean, nice little breakfast, the pool room is toasty warm, their jacuzzi works, the pool is warm. Towels in pool room are a good size. We usually go work days and it is fairly quiet. They do get a work crowd that tends to leave early. If you have a room on the bottom floor on the parking lot side and are a light sleeper, the 6:30am vehicle lights, talk, engines starting may wake you. Doesn't bother me, but did wake my husband. I like staying here.
Stay was horrible. Found they had bed bugs . Blonde head at front desk was really rude and hateful. Won't stay there ever again.Location: 1/5
