The staff at the Super 8 have been absolutely amazing. They really helped me out. I've been staying here for a few weeks now. The rooms are always clean and they keep your towels, soap, and bedding fresh. They are also very polite. You can't beat the rooms for the price. Other hotels in the area are considerably more expensive compared to the Super 8.

Everything was perfect except for them charging both my cards for the same 3 days. I disputed the 3 days on my card and am getting my money refunded sometime but if that didn't happen I would say this is the best place to stay. They gave me a free room which it would of been really nice to give me 3 cause that was the amount of days the charged me for which I'm still waiting on my money back If they give me 2 more free rooms I would say the are the best hotel I have ever been at. Like I said it was great except for that.

The hotel and rooms  were very clean. Workers very nice. Beds were perfect. I would have liked to known that there was no elevator, it was only 3 floors but the steps wouldn't work for people who can't do steps. Hated 11:00 check out, 12 would be ok. Offered Free breakfast BUT didn't say Continental breakfast AND is done by 9. Get there 8:30 might get a apple or orange

The rooms were clean. We had no problems with check-in or check out. The only thing I wish I could have saw was an elevator. With suitcases and a toddler it would've been nice to have it to get up to our room a little more smoothly.

I know budget hotels sometimes get a bad reputation, not this one. The hotel and rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. AC was nice and cold. Only issues we had was there wasnt a room ready right at 3pm, we had to wait until 3:30  this is during COVID so we understood and there was slight mold around the grout of the tub. Otherwise, good place to stay.

We stayed here Saturday night. The prices are extreme for a low rate motel, might as well just stay at one of the nice ones. We had to stand at the doors for at least 10 minutes just trying to get the key to work. The beds were comfortable, but had stains on the sheets. The tv sucks and the remote won't work with it. The breakfast was bland, not a good selection at all and the man working check-in Saturday night was not personable at all. He seemed very miserable and like he hated his job. Will not be returning.

For the price not to bad. The rooms are clean and the bed in my room is comfortable. If you are packing heavy ask for a first floor room, there are no elevators to ride. Also the parking is a little tight.

Clean rooms, strong Wi-Fi signal, very nice staff, nicely located in town, and really nice surroundings. All appliances in the room functional and well kept. Minor stains on carpet, but everything else was well kept. Breakfast were standard fare for most hotels, and there isn't much in walking distance of the hotel like a store or eatery. High rating for the service and condition of the hotel for the price.

The nighttime clerk, a gentleman of darker complexion, was very helpful a polite. He was very professional despite a key code error. The blonde gal in the morning, we felt was slightly rude could have been more accommodating. The room itself was very small, but we only ask for a clean, comfortable bed and shower. Square footage is the least of our concerns. The room looked nicely appointed, but the bed itself was an old or so it felt, inner spring mattress that sagged horribly. It was very, very uncomfortable. Far too soft. That was a huge deal breaker for both of us. If the bed was decent, we would have overlooked the morning desk clerk and given a very respectable rating, but the uncomfortableness of the bed and the subpar morning gal, sealed the deal. We took a gamble with Super 8 after many years of swearing them off after our previous bad experience with the Super 8 in Goodland, Kansas years ago, but this will be our last stay at a Super 8 or any Wyndham property. Real shame.

This is probably comparatively one of the best dorms of the whole university. You get your own fridge, tv, bathroom + shower, carpeted flooring, AC, and such. Roomwise it's the best.  But there are some negatives that are present as well. Since it is located at the bottom of the hill, the daily climb to the main campus will be a challenge work those legs!. So unless you never go to Mass, have all your classes in j-cierra or online, the legwork will be a drag. Another negative is that there is no in-building laundry service. Students must bring their laundry up to the heights to use their machines at least it's free?.
