Recently home from a long trip and I wanted to get the car cleaned. I paid for the Top Dog wash. I specifically asked the attendant to spray the front for the bugs and to get the rims. She didn't spray the front at all and never took the brush to the rims. After an $18 wash, there are bugs still covering the front and grime on the rims.
I took my car here today to get a full detailing inside and out. Chad did such an amazing job that my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. I even had a spot of sap or something like that on my driver's side door that they were able to remove as well. This location is not close to my house at all, but I am willing to drive to Commerce township to get such amazing service again.
Honestly at first I was upset that my unlimited wash club price was going up, but since Jax has taken over things have improved all over. My car is cleaner, I get through the wash faster, and it's clear the new management has put a lot of effort into improvements. I hear they have brand new equipment coming very soon too! After 2 months I'm convinced that I'm absolutely getting good value for my money even with the increase in price. Keep up the good work guys! I will always pay a bit extra for quality services
I give them 5 stars for hiring people that have no concept of how to do a job worth tipping. I gave 5 stars because I don’t think there is anyplace in the area where you can pay so much and get so LITTLE for your money. I gave them 5 stars because this is the only place I’ve been to in years that has jacked the prices by 50% and expect that to be good for business. I give them 5 stars because the workers there think that once they put soap on your windshield they think that you can’t see them stop cleaning any other part of your car. And I gave them 5 stars because they hire the WORLDS WORST WINDOW driers in the world. Also they need to change their sign to read hand smeared windows ONLY. By the way any employees that are working here must have drug records because there are hundreds of businesses in the area hiring for $13-$15 an hour if you can pass a drug test. So 5 stars for the rehab program also I guess.
drove nephews car from PA to Rockford MI. Stopped at this carwash to clean off all the road dirt. Gentleman that greeted me at the start of the wash was very friendly. Wash turned out excellent- the two men drying the car were quick and equally as friendly. Manager stopped me before I pulled away, think his name was Ed, to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Excellent touch. Very pleased with my experience.Service: Auto detailing
Ever since these guys switched over to jax they've gone from an on the way stop to my go to spot. I feel kind of terrible about this but I picked up a charger a couple weeks ago that was completely trashed, had been sitting for years and was growing stuff on it. The first wash got me cleaner than I could have imagined but chad noticed some stubborn mud on the right side under the door and insisted that I run it through again for free. I swear it's like a brand new car now.Service: Auto detailing
Stay away from this place if you like your car. This place is scam. Today I went there after driving over the mud whole on the construction site on Haggerty Rd. I picked the Platinum plus option in hope that my tires will be cleaned as well as a little mud splashes on the front fascia. Turns out its not the case. My car came out the same dirty, no tires were washed just like everything else. The people who are operating the line they are running the same regime for every car, no matter how much you pay. At the exit those kids are never replacing the rugs after each vehicle, so basically, they are polishing your car with wet dirty rug making it scratched. My advice to everyone, stay away as far as possible
I came in with enough dog hair to make a new dog in my jeep grand Cherokee. They charged me $90 which I thought was a bargain.the guy did an unbelievable job and I gave him a $30 tip. I was so happy that I made the entire house come check it out when I got home. I will definitely come here again.Service: Auto detailing
This business is out to cheat customers, Beware!!! Beginning of October 2021 I went to get my friends car washed as I was visiting from out of state. When I entered the car wash I told the kid I just want a regular wash. He kept on insisting for the entire month of Oct if you take Gold or Silver it will be just $3 and you can come unlimited times. I still refused explaining I was from out of state and this is not my car, still the kid kept on pushing it’s just $3 I still said no. I gave him my credit card to pay just for this one time car wash. Last week I saw a charge of $19.00 Super Car Wash, Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, Mi. I didn’t understand this charge and I call my credit card company to report a fraud. The credit card company said they will dispute the charge but they pointed out it was a recurring charge and I had a charge in the beginning of Oct 2021. I told the credit card company Yes I was out of state visiting my friend and I did take his car for a wash and mai explained how the kid was pushing me to get the $3 wash unlimited washes in OCT 2021. The location which I visited was on E West Maple Rd and the $19 charge came from other location in walled Lake on Pontiac Trail. NOT AT ALL EXPLAINING this is a recurring charge and you have to buy a membership. Nothing was explained and I had told the kid over and over again I don’t need the $3 wash at one point I showed the kid my out of state drivers license. But despite me telling them over and over I don’t want any other specials just one time car wash and that’s it. This company Super Car Wash is cheating customers by pushing this young 17-18 yrs old kids to do their dirty work cheating customer. Everyone Please Beware!!!!
