Super Clean Laundry

I've been coming to this laundromat since it's opening, and I've had no complaints before. Except for one. Supposedly, you cannot bring your clothes from home to dry them here. Unfortunately, many people do and despite the fact staff has told them not to, they continue to do so. Like tonight. A family came in and put their clothes in the dryer. I have been there for about 2 hrs now, and no, that family wasn't there. The lady in charge did tell the husband he couldn't do that. He lied and said he'd been there. Husband goes back to his wife. The wife asked what the lady in charge said and the husband said "I told her to mind her f_ business." And proceeds to insult her. In the meantime, their kids were running around on the side where the lady was moping. The kids were unattended. Then the parents proceed to blame the woman in charge and claimed she pushed them. From a customer standpoint, no one should get to come from their house to use their washers. Plus, staff should have security at night. When it's 1 staff member against a family, it's nearly impossible for them to listen. And for parents, watch your kids! Their behavior reflects what they learn at home. And for them to blame it on a staff memeber, the audacity.

This laundry mat is kepted up well. Super clean! Prices and size of the washer/dryers are great! Employees are amazing and Lisa has been extremely helpful as I came unprepared. She helped me load money on my card, help secure a washer for my bedding, and has helped me with the dryer reading my card. She has been so nice and helpful. I truly appreciate her help!

This laundry mat has to be ones of the best I’ve ever seen. It’s clean and the machines work. Staff onsite through out the day. My clothes were washed properly. Hands down this place is it to wash your clothes.

This use to be the go to spot. Sometimes I'll have to do more than 6 loads and I hate occupying so many washers. With that being said I'll set a timer on my phone so that I can quickly move my laundry when it's finished with the wash cycle. Today I went in when my timer was done im sitting right out back of the buildingand 2 of my loads were moved to two different dryers and the employee was putting in etheir her laundry or a customers. I asked if she was the one that moved my belongings and she said yes. After transferring my laundry to the dryer I looked around and noticed no signs that say anything about your personal belongings being moved by the workers so I asked her why she transferred my laundry and was told it's policy. Basically if the worker wants to use the washer or dryer youve picked your stuff will get moved right at the end of the timer. Yet this has never happened to me here let alone at any other laundromat. I feel very uncomfortable about the mishap and really think their should be signs stating what I was told by this employee. Lesson learned. I'll be going somewhere else. And I strongly suggest you do the same.

Great place to do your laundry. Staff is nice and will accommodate to your needs. While doing your laundry, you can sit down and watch a show from one of the many tv's, you can also ask to change the channel in which they will gladly do so. There is also a table with snacks and coffee. They also have special days for 30% off the washers and dryers. They also give out pizza on the last Thursday of the month. Definitely recommend coming here. Also, the last wash is at 9:30.

Awesome place to do your laundry! Has everything you need and more while you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. It really is Super Clean, has a great staff who are all very helpful, and the owner is such an amazing person with great service. They are very generous and support local kids in the community. The owner always finds a way to give back and reinvests in the community. You can't ask for more than that.

Miss Debbie was AMAZING! I’m new to all this and she was very kind and helpful

It was our first time here in this place today. I had a very nice experience because of Debbie. As soon as we arrived she greeted us and asked if we need help. She was so nice and helpful! She explained to us how to use the machines from washing and drying. She wants to make sure we are comfortable and have a smooth experience. Good customer service! The place is clean. Washers and Dryers are working properly. It was a busy Sunday but we were able to finish it on time. By the way, Restroom is clean. I will highly recommend this place!!!!

Me and my sister have been coming here since the laundry open it's doors. Debbie was the first person to greet us & was always helpful & the place looked nice. Then after a year or two we changed our days to do laundry, due to work. We met Lucy, she is really nice. The place was spotless & the washers smelled good. After a while nor Debbie or Lucy are around much and you can tell right away. Many of the washers have a foul smell and the place doesn't look as shiny as it used to. The days that we do laundry, we got a guy named Daniel, he doesn't greet you, he doesn't talk, doesn't clean, doesn't help at all. He goes to the office and or to his car for a while and then he comes back. You got all this weird people going into the laundry to use the restroom. He moves the carts from one place to the other and walks around. I am not sure what he does there, but it is sure not working. The people that worked hard like Lucy and Debbie are barely there now, what a shame. You really need more people like them. If anyone said they were rude, it is not true. They work hard and they don't let people leave their clothes in the washers and dryers for hours, like Daniel does. Those ladies tell you like it is and they take care of the place and clean. Those are the people you should want to have in your business. You should also look to have security again, it has become unsafe specially for Lucy and Debbie.

I am very happy i came here , there are employees on site which make the experience su much easier and make you feel very welcome, they have 80Lb machines all the was to the smallesr load, very clean and orginazed, they have vending matching for snaks and laundy detergent, also there machines are CARD operated which means you load a laundy card with cash and then insert card in to machines i personally thing its better than carrying all these quaters. I highly recommend this laundry mat.
