Super Dollar City Furniture

Absolutely ridiculous. This store is horrible. Poor customer service. Today was my first time purchasing anything and it will be my last. I bought the wrong hair dye and decided that I wanted to exchange them. While I’m trying to exchange my items, the person at the register was giving me a hassle about how I didn’t do something exactly how they wanted it done. She kept going on and on about how I should’ve did things a certain way. This was my first time here as a customer so I wasn’t sure about the policy. By the way the policy isn’t posted up anywhere in the store so I don’t know a thing about it. Once I exchanged my items. I realized they gave me the wrong hair dye. I went back in to get the store credits and they refused to give it because every swipe they’re being charged. Apparently there’s nothing they can do about it. So now I’m left with 2 boxes of hair dye that I won’t be using. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

I really love this place Every sttaff are very friendly and i highly recommend it. They have huge range of EBIN products and i really recommend to my friends. Try to visit here and i am sure everybody will love this place!

Terrible customer service. They refuse to help you by phone no matter how much money you spend here. Most of them can’t speak english and they’re not pleasant to deal with. The absolute worst customer service!

This store has just about everything one might need from hair to house ware. The are currently under renovations. Besides that it is hugh, about 10 or more ailes. With all that being said they don't even have an restroom for customers!!! I'm not sure if they are going to add one.,If I'm spending good money and I/children can't use the restroom before or afterwards that's an EXTREME SITUATION. I think it's disrespectful as well. As large as that store is they really need to consider people with health issues bladder problems, the elderly and children.If your gonna renovate RENOVATE RIGHT!!!

They Chinese so they think everyone is stealing it's annoying to not be able to shop in peace!

Lots of party supply options. Furniture. Household products. Cleaning supplies. Clothes, shoes, jewelry. Bulk items. Most things are really good prices. For example the aluminum baking pans are 75 cents for all the sizes, compared to 1.25 and up everywhere else. Tons of stuff and the store is huge. The owners are really nice.

This place has a little of everything and it's nice and clean ....I give this place 10 stars If I could.

I can always count on getting whatever I need, from here. They literally sell everything in here from helium filled ballons to furniture. This is not to be confused for a Dollar Tree where everything there is $1. This store offers a variety of things at different prices.

The prices are good for a lot of things unfortunately some of those things are expired or taste really weird maybe from the way they are kept. I would come here to buy cheap things but if they sell it at Dollar tree you would be better off getting it there because they tack on $0.05 or 17 cents to everything. The cereal was more expensive here!+
